CHANGE YOUR HABITS CHANGE YOUR RESULTS

Have you ever find yourself being stuck in a habit that you think is just a waste of time and is only making your life worse? If you know that your habits is making your life worse then congratulations, you finally tap your secret power, you finally know how to change. 

If you have the habit of procrastinating and watching TV all day.. change it and your results will change, your rhythm will be disrupt, you will be able to change the flow. Because your life is flowing everyday, your money is flowing, the opportunities are flowing but the only question is... is your flow right? is your flow abundant? is your flow on the perfect timing?  

You can only change results by being mindful of what you're doing and doing the opposite of what you did yesterday. So if you were too lazy yesterday... work hard now, you may not see the change fast but you will see it if you're consistent and you're doing whatever it takes to change. You really have to force yourself and be happy with what is going on even if it's too difficult, that's the only way to change your life. You need to discipline yourself or else change will not happen. 

You know if you have bad habits or not, you know if you're doing the right thing or not. Stop pretending that everything is ok. You need to make a dramatic change now if you don't want to get stuck in a mud forever. It's too basic, just stop doing the routine that you've been doing everyday, a little disrupt of your original flow can spark something that can be the start of change. 

Of course change is stressful, it's uncomfortable but be happy if you're always feeling uncomfortable because change is already taking place every time you feel uncomfortable.
