You don't know it for a very long time... that you're the inventor of fear, you created that fear by focusing on it and attaching it with different thoughts that makes it even bigger. You become delusional, suspicious, worried and paranoid. You don't want that fear but you keep on entertaining thoughts that will make the fear even bigger. You don't want to feel it but you keep on thinking about it, you're so afraid to feel the pain that was attached with that fear that's why that fear becomes bigger and bigger each day.
The more you anticipate and wait for something... bigger that fear will be. You need to stop thinking and just live with the moment, enjoy life now and stop worrying... that is what it's all about.
IF YOU CAN INVENT FEAR THEN YOU CAN DESTROY IT TOO
The ancient chinese saying is telling you that "if you can invent something, you can destroy something" it only means you can get rid of your fear because you're the creator of it. You can do it by simply looking at it, feeling it and laughing at it. Humiliate your own fear, kill it, laugh at it so it won't bother you anymore. If you don't make something a big deal then it will never even bother you.
All you have to do is be in the moment, listen to your fears, feel it, look at it... you will see that it's not a big deal and it cannot even hurt you. It's making life difficult for you because you're always refusing to feel it, you're always rushing to go somewhere else, you always wanted to change something instantly instead of letting the situation flow. Sometimes you don't need to do something about it, all you have to do is be with it, be present and you will understand that it's not dangerous nor harmful.
Destroying fear is simply feeling it, it's simply living your life and not wanting to change something about it. Let it run in your veins, let it scare you, don't go somewhere else and look for comfort, face it until it can't make you feel scared anymore.
DON'T FORGET THAT LIFE IS JUST A GAME
Are you playing the game of life right? are you easily get carried by your emotions? do you let your emotions run your day? can you control and take full ownership of your mind? or is there something owning your mind? you need to get your mind back and make it function properly. Your mind is a powerful weapon, it can be your strongest ally or it can be a powerful destructive force that may ruin your life if you don't use it the right way. Everything will become a lot easier if you will forget all of your worries and just live life.
Life is just a game, it's up to you if you're going to allow yourself to win or just accept that you can never defeat your fears. Your fear is the only thing that is stopping you, whatever you feel will be your reality, so if you don't feel excited with your life and you're focused on the things that you don't want then that will become your reality.
THE ONLY CHALLENGE THERE IS
The only challenge left is how will you be able to control your mind and use it to your advantage. Most people were using their minds for disadvantage, they let their fears ruin their lives, they let their fears take charge and they were doing what they hate to do. They knew what they want but they can't get it because they let fears block their actions. So look at your life, if you don't like your life then it means your fears were in control, it means you can't fly and go to the place where you wanted to go because you're letting fears kick in and kick you in the face.
Ignore your fears and choose courage instead. It's easy to do it, just pretend that you're brave and focus on what you wanted to happen. Remember that success is just a matter of being confident and free flowing, if you can impose your will despite of everything then
BE THE DESTROYER OF FEAR NOT THE INVENTOR OF IT
You're always inventing fear from time to time, you're always summoning thoughts that is creating a big monster that is eating all of your positive thoughts. You created a poison that cannot be cured. Don't worry because it's not too late your brain can still be corrected. You just need to stop believing in your fears and start focusing on the wonderful things that may happen in your life if you embrace courage and freedom to move. Destroy all of your fears by taking risks and facing everything that is making you feel uncomfortable.
BE CAREFUL WITH WHAT YOU THINK
Every time you think of a subject.. it's either creating fears or summoning courage. It all depends on what wolf you feed, are you feeding the wolf of fears? or are you feeding the wolf of courage? it all depends on what are you thinking everyday. You are the creator of your reality, you will get or attract what you always keep on thinking. So stop thinking that someone or something destroyed your confidence, it's you that destroyed your self esteem. You need to keep on thinking what you wanted to happen in your life, repeat it a million times and your brain will start to believe, your body will start to change, all of your actions will be paralleled to the reality that you are trying to create.
If you're a fat kid that is weighing 250 lbs., keep thinking everyday that you're starting to get slim, you will see that you will eat the right food once in a while, you will even wonder why are you doing something. But if you will study all of your actions... it's because you want something to happen and your body is just following your dreams.
MAKE THIS A HABIT
Make it a habit to face all of your fears, learn how to feel, feel every moment, listen to every noise, look at the threats and have no fear confronting it, if you can make it a habit then you will become free, your life will become much much better than before... just live in the moment, believe in the power of now, all of your fears will start to evaporate if you will not rush what is going on. Believe in yourself, get all in with what you want, focus on what are you trying to create and destroy all of your fears by ignoring it and simply appreciating the beauty of life.
