Being productive is not that hard to do, it's just a matter of doing things at a high sped of rate and being efficient. It's that simple, yet why are there 90 percent of people are not productive everyday? the answer is... they just don't have the habit of being productive. They were so addicted to laziness, anything that bothers them... they will dwell on it. The conclusion is.... they don't have the habits of productive people, their minds were not wired to work hard, they hate hard work, they don't have enough patience to do the work needed to become great.
Success is all about producing the right habits. If you have the right habits then you are likely to succeed but if you have the wrong habits then you will fall down so fast, you will never even notice that you're already at the bottom.
1. They don't over analyze nor overthink. They just do it, they don't think about having a very good or perfect start, they just do it and enjoy it while the process is going on. Any good idea that pops from their heads... they will just do it, they will never wait for the right timing, they will not even create a perfect blue print, they will just jump in and give it a shot.
2. They were good in shutting down what bothers them. They were good on focusing what they can control, they were good in ignoring what is bothering them at the moment. If there is a noise outside they ignore it, if there is an email from a not so important person they will not even spare a second to open it, if their favorite TV show is running... they will discipline themselves to no watch it. They were so focused and determined, they have that unparalleled will to finish what they've started.
3. They use meditation whenever they were stressed.
4. They always think that they were right.
5. They just keep pushing forward no matter what. They will give their best even if they can't push anymore, they feel like immortals, they will keep pushing and pushing until something shows on their way, they never feel down even if they failed a lot of times already, their motivation is unlimited.
If you're having trouble in concentrating with your work then you better use music. Music creates rhythm, it creates harmony, it will make you feel good, you will forget the time and you will regain the energy lose in your body. Whenever I feel stressed, I listen to my favorite music and then the magic happens, I feel young again, I feel energized and unstoppable.
