FORGETTING SOMETHING WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE

Changing life is not that easy, it's too painful and has a lot of resistance. But if you really want to change your life then you need to forget something, you need to erase the thought that is making life difficult for you. What is that thought? there is something blocking your mind, there is something that is hindering your creativity and aliveness, you need to block that thought and replace it with a more nicer one.

So what is that thought that is making life difficult for you? it can be an event in the past, it can be a girl who rejected you, it can be a traumatic experience, it can be bullying, it can be failure. Something is still traumatizing your brain up to now and that is avoiding you from being successful. You don't know that you're repeating that same thought pattern everyday, your brain is functioning based on the past events and you don't know that it's just repeating over and over again.

The resistance and difficulty is happening inside of your brain. That painful experience is stopping you from welcoming possibilities, you're so attached with the past that you don't know how to welcome fresh experiences anymore.

FORGET SOMETHING THAT IS THE ROOT CAUSE OF SUFFERING

For example if you're a bench player on a basketball team and your coach shouted at you because you didn't execute the play very well, even the star player blamed you... forget that situation right away and just be yourself, if you will allow that experience to enter and control your mind then you will never succeed in life, never let an even from the past manipulate your brain. A lot of good players could have been stars now, they have the skills, they have what it takes to become a champion but they let their coaches and other players manipulate their brain and that is the main reason why they can't showcase their skills.

That single thought alone is controlling your life, that one negative thought is controlling your emotions and behavior, if you can just ignore it and focus on some other thoughts that are helpful then your life will change immediately.

It's all in your head, study your brain and you will see a lot of things there, you will learn a lot of things that will help you to live a better life. If you can just see the root cause of the resistance then you will be able to move on and forget what is blocking your success.

CREATE A MEMORY THAT CAN MAKE YOU A WINNER

It's all about reminding how good you are, it's all about repeating those memories that made you successful in the past. Forget all of your fears and try to amplify your hope. Your mind is the dictator of your life, what you repeatedly think will be your reality. So if you keep thinking about losing and feeling bad... you will feel bad but if you keep on thinking about winning and feeling like successful all the time then you will get success, as simple as that. Life is what you make it, you need to be careful of what you're thinking and create the life that you want through the power of your mind.

Create a memory that will make you a winner, it doesn't matter if that memory happened already or not, what matters is you keep on thinking about it everyday and you are using it to make your life better.

Use that memory, make it your default memory, the moment you wake up... think about it, before you sleep... think about it, always think about it and make it your obsession, never let any negative thought replace it. Keep it in your heart, keep it in your mind, use it as your heart and soul.

IF YOU CAN'T CHANGE YOUR LIFE IT MEANS YOU CAN'T FORGET YOUR PAST

The failure of yesterday, the embarrassment, the rejection, the booing of the crowd, the mockery in social media about your shortcoming, your bad decision, your mental collapse, your self made humiliation, the bankruptcy of your business... everything bad that happened in the past is affecting your mind, it's creating a resistance, it's creating a wall that is blocking you from moving forward and being happy.

Forget your past and just live in the moment because life is not about what happened yesterday, it is what is happening now, if you can just master the power of now then you will become happier and more peaceful.

If you want to feel free, creative, motivated and passionate then forget the past and just keep on rolling the dice, keep on taking risks and give yourself a chance to get what you want despite of what happened in the past. Past is past, it is nothing anymore, it's just an illusion, it no longer can affect the present. It only becomes a huge disturbance because you keep on playing it inside of your head, you are letting it affect your psychology.

A PLAYER WHO GETS BLOCKED DOESN'T WANT TO GET BLOCK AGAIN

It's because he's already afraid of embarrassing himself again, most people were like that... they don't want to try again for one more time, they were so afraid to take the blame, they were so afraid of taking over the game. They want to play it safe because they feel too much pain from making a mistake. If you will just forget what happen so fast, anything that is negative... forget it fast, if you can just do it and make your mind think about courage then you will be able to change the outcome of the game.

FOCUS ON WHAT IS AHEAD OF YOU NOT ON WHAT IS BEHIND YOU

Focus on the moment, leave the past, forget the past, life is all about living now, life is all about enjoying now. If you want to change the outcome of your life and experience a different and better situation then forget what is making you feel bad and scared. It's too simple, forget your enemy, forget the rejection, forget the failure, forget the disrespectful moments from other people, forget your problems and simply move forward. Move towards the beauty of your dreams, never go backward... just move forward and that's it. Everything is easy if you will think that it's easy, everything is possible if you will think that it's possible. 

Again, look for what is making you slow, look for what is threatening you and simply ignore it, ignore all of it and move forward, you need to put your head on the right position.

BE AWARE OF HOW YOU FEEL FROM A PARTICULAR THOUGHT 

If one thought is making you feel bad and weak... you know what to do with it... ignore it and try to think the opposite of it. If you think that you're sick then you need to think that you're alright, if you think that you have no talent then you need to think that you're full of talents, if you think that you can't do it then you need to think that you are capable of doing it. It's all about reverse engineering your thoughts and using your brain to your advantage, use the power of your mind, never let it work against you. You need to find the thoughts that makes you feel better, motivated and inspired. Focus on the thoughts that makes you feel good and pumped up.

Forget that you can't do it, forget all the ideas that will increase the resistance, avoid all the information and data that is making you feel heavy, you need to create a pattern of thoughts that will make the challenge in front of you easier. It's all about conditioning your mind, just like what Floyd Mayweather said... All work is easy work, he keeps on telling that to himself that's why hard work is not hard for him. Always remember to use the power of your mind, find a thought pattern that will give you an edge.

THIS LIFE IS TOO EASY

It's too easy if you will just forget what is making you feel heavy. Play this game right, feed your mind the right thoughts and eliminate all the garbage ones. You can do it if you will discipline yourself to think the right way.
