HOW TO HAVE A SUCCESSFUL MIND?

Success no matter how much you deny it is only happening inside of your brain, it's not on the outside. Some people has it all but they still feel miserable. If you can just accept that you can become successful now by correcting your thoughts then you will feel successful, if you can just accept that by just giving your best alone will make you feel successful then you're already successful, you don't need to look for any kind of validation anymore. Success is easy to get if you will just correct the structure and thought pattern of your brain.

A SUCCESSFUL MIND IS A SUCCESSFUL LIFE

If you honestly believe that you're already successful then you are, it's all in your head. But how can you  believe that you're successful if you're not working and giving your best? you're just lying to yourself if you will said that you're successful but there is now work involved in the argument.

Develop a successful mind, the only way to do it is to keep thinking about successful thoughts, imagine yourself being successful already plus work hard every single day. Get focused on the things that really matters. Keep instilling the right thoughts into your head. Discipline your mind to think only about successful ideas, only entertain the winning images inside of your head. Never think about failures nor doubts and worries. You can only do that by always moving forward and focusing on your journey. Focus on your own life, never focus on other people's lives. The more you focus on yourself, the more you are developing yourself and a successful mind.

YOUR MIND WILL BE MOLDED BY WHAT YOU'RE THINKING AND SEEING

Be careful of what you're thinking and seeing because that will mold your mind, that will define what kind of brain do you have. If you're always seeing what you don't want then you will keep getting it, if you keep on thinking about the things and people that you hate then that will be embedded into your mind permanently. The key here is be aware of what you're thinking and seeing. Focus on what you really want. If you see the thing that you hate, remove your eyes away from it, look at some other things. For example if you see your enemy today, pretend that you didn't see him, ignore him. Look at some other things, never feel anything about him, kill the emotions that you are feeling from him.

If suddenly you think about failure, weakness, sickness or anything that is unpleasant... think about some other things, think about the blessings in your life. Think about how good your life is, focus on the things that you honestly can appreciate. What you are seeing and thinking will affect your mind so you need to be strict with the content of your mind because it will create your reality little by little.

BE A SINGLE MINDED PERSON

Successful people were so single minded, they were so discipline. If they were competing and they need to win all they will think is about winning, they will never think about the time running out or injured part of their body, they will just think about how to win, they will find a way how to succeed no matter what, they will never entertain any kind of thoughts about defeat. Their minds was bulletproof from thoughts about losing.

If you need money then just think about money, never think about how hard to get it, never think about your lack of skills or inefficiency, just think about it and work for it. Forget about the easy or hard way, just think about money all day long and exert a fill maximum effort. That's how millionaires think, they have that laser focus and you can never put anything on their minds even if you want to, their mental game is on a different level.

DEVELOP THAT POWERFUL MENTAL STAMINA

If there is a problem... stay with the problem, never look for an easy way out, never look for shortcuts, learn to enjoy the difficulty of the situation and it will be easier if you faced it next time. If you have a very difficult and long task... never stop until you're done, stick with it and finish it as fast as you can. Face any discomfort and stress, learn how to manipulate your feelings towards it, learn to enjoy the boredom and pain. If you can do all of these things then your mental game is already on a different level, you already have that unlimited mental stamina and you will be able to go further as much as you can.

Every time you feel the pressure... feel it, embrace it, don't shy away from it, choose the fight mode instead of the flight mode. Every time you feel like quitting... keep working, never stop. Always remember that quitting is for the losers. Forget all of your excuses and remind yourself how good you are, always believe that you can win.

If you're mind is too crowded already and you feel that you are about to quit anytime soon then just don't think. Stop thinking, put your mind on a neutral state.

BE A STRONG FINISHER

Always aim to finish and never feel tired at the end of any kind of task. Being tired is all in the mind. You can finish strong if you want to, just stay relaxed and use all of the energy left in your body. Start fast and finish strong, don't think about finishing fast and just live with the moment, don't think about how hard it is to get there, take it one step at a time and just finish strong. Some people can start strong but they can never finish strong. It's ok if you start weak but make sure you will finish strong and you will use all of your power at the end of the challenge.

Great people were strong finishers, sometimes they take it easy in the beginning but when the crucial stage is already there... you will see their real power, they will use everything they've got and surprise everyone how great they were. Always look to finish strong, never hold yourself back and never settle for a weak effort.

NEVER LOOK FOR COMFORT.

Looking for comfort means you already quit, it means you already submit. Comfort means stagnancy, complacency and no growth. You can only grow if you will face any discomfort. Once you feel like not doing it... do it. If you face that discomfort now then your life already changed, you may not see the change yet but for sure you do change because you become a better person and you already defeat a small portion of your fear.

FORGET THOSE USELESS FANTASIES

Useless fantasies will eat a lot of your time and that is unhealthy to your mind, it will make you unproductive, it will make you addicted to procrastination. Forget those useless thoughts because it will not even help you at all. Your celebrity crush, dreaming about changing the past, dreaming about super powers etc. Those useless fantasies will never even help you, it will only contribute to the weakening of your mind. Replace those useless fantasies with real thoughts such as what can you do today to help yourself be one step closer from your goal, what game plan will you execute today, how are you going to react whenever you're tired. There are mini thoughts that you are underestimating that will help you. Fantasies were really entertaining but it will only waste a lot of your time and it will only make you a dreamer not a doer.

It's time to become real, it's time to face the reality, forget about entertainment and just do what you need to do.

A SUCCESSFUL MIND IS FAST

A successful mind can make decisions fast, it can move on fast once it made a mistake, it can start fast even if it is tired or stressed. Develop a fast mind, if you're going to do it then do it, stop thinking and hesitating, develop a fast mind so that your  body will become fast too. If you need to forget it then forget it, if you need to ask something then ask something, if you need to rest then rest. Never let your mind think about something but you're doing the other thing, once you think about it then do it... that's how to have a fast mind. Forget about talking, forget about looking for approval... just do it.

Look at those failures, it's not that they were dumb, it's just they have a slow mind, they make decisions slowly and they start slowly, sometimes they can't even start at all. If you want to become a winner then make sure your mind is fast.

LEARN TO MEDITATE

If your mind is too tired already pause for a while and meditate. Close your eyes and focus on breathing, you don't need to become a buddah to meditate. Just breathe and focus on your breathing, it's too easy if you will focus. Meditation will make you relaxed and at ease, it will remove all of those negative thoughts that is making you slow. Practice meditation everyday for at least 2-5 minutes. Learn to enjoy it and try to increase the number of minutes once you already got bored with that time span. Meditation will make you handle pain longer, it will make you be in the moment and handle the pressure very well. You will be able to think clearly during critical moments, you will stay relaxed even if there is a threat around you.
