5 WAYS TO INCREASE YOUR MOTIVATION

A lot of people thinks that motivation is corny and it is useless, a lot of people were under estimating the power of it. They don't know that without motivation you will never achieve something big. Motivation is important you need it to keep you going even if you're so exhausted and stressed, motivation will give you extra energy in times of darkness and frustration. Never under estimate the power of it because a little motivation can make a huge comeback. There are 5 ways to increase your motivation here are they:

1. Remember the success that you've accomplished in the past. If you're doubting yourself now, if you think you can't win anymore... always think about your accomplishments in the past. If you've become successful once you can become successful twice or even thrice. It's just a matter of believing in yourself again and doing whatever it takes to win. There is a pattern of thought about winning that is recorded in your brain, remember it and it will make you feel good. Repeat that memory of success over and over again, remember the feeling, remember how it feels to be on top, it will make you motivated and confident again.

2. Think that all work is easy work. Because that is the truth, the reason why any kind of work becomes difficult is because you're always thinking that it's difficult, condition your mind to believe that all you have to do is move and that's it. Don't think about finishing it fast, think about enjoying it and any kind of work will become easier. All work is easy work if you will be in the moment and feel your work, stop hurrying, there is no need to hurry because you have a lot of time, always feel your work and be aware of what's going on. Be attentive and stay focused and relaxed on what you're doing. Take your time because not everything is a race.

3. Practice meditation everyday. Learn to quiet your mind, your mind once become crowded will make you worried, learn to meditate everyday, it can be 2-3 minutes only, what matters is you do it everyday and it becomes your habit. Quieting your mind will make you produce thoughts that are positive, it will give your brain a better chance to become more positive and motivated. A calm and relax mind will give you better feelings. Meditation will strengthen your mind, you will learn how to stay calm and poised during the toughest times. People feel stressed once they feel that their time is running out or the task ahead of them is hard, if you're meditating everyday then you will be able to outlast those pressures and worries because you're mentally tough.

4. Practice taking action fast. Don't think and just take actions fast. Be fast in starting, if you have the habit of starting fast then you will be able to overcome laziness fast. It will be fun if you will start fast, it's only uncomfortable in the beginning but once you are moving and you get your rhythm... it will be easier, you will become motivated to finish what you've started. Just do it, stop thinking about what is right or wrong and just do it.

5. Visualize the things that you wanted to happen. Master visualization, visualize what you wanted to happen over and over again, doing this will make your belief stronger, it will make you motivated because you already see it on your mind, you will have the confidence to take actions, your body language will change, you will feel better. What you are seeing on your mind has a large effect on how you feel. Visualization will create motivation because you are seeing the images that will give you inspiration to take action.
