DON'T TRY TO ESCAPE, JUST FEEL IT UNTIL IT DOESN'T HURT ANYMORE


If it is too painful, if you feel like you're almost going crazy because of it... just feel it. Feel it mentally, emotionally and physically and then watch it slowly fade away. Don't try to escape it, don't try to go somewhere else... you need to feel it and face it, that's how to beat it. It will not hurt anymore if you accept that it's all part of the process, it's all part of your body.

Don't panic, stay still and relaxed, be confident that soon it will go away. The reason why you can't get away with it is because you think you're suffering, you're making the pain a big deal. The truth is... pain will help you, it will make you stronger. Don't be afraid of pain, you have to study it, you have to know what is the reason behind it and that is to make your situation better... to make you tougher and more confident. If you've faced a lot of pain, nothing can faze you anymore. It's like a normal thing, you are still alive and you feel blessed with your life.

So forget about how you feel, forget about your emotions... you need to go back to your goals, go and find your strength, you know where it was kept. You know what to do, all you have to do is do it.

Feel the pain over and over again until you're no longer afraid of it. In our country, the traffic was so worse, you will spend hours in traffic just driving a few kilometers. One day my father ask me to drive him to the province, it took 8 hours to get there, I drove for 8 hours straight to go there and another 8 hours to go back home, take note there is only a few hours of interval between each eight hours of driving. That incident made me realize that it's not that bad, it's not that difficult, all you have to do is embrace the pain, embrace the stress and everything will be alright.

The problem with most people is they were too soft, they were always rushing to go back home, finish their task, achieve their goal, solve their problem, they don't know that the more they try to escape the pain the more it will become painful.

The technique here is just suck it up, just let in run in your system, just treat it as a game and you will never lose anymore, you will never panic and get worried. Pain is your friend, suffering is nothing, all you have to do is be in the moment, all you have to do is stay calm and create peace inside of your head.

Life will become so much easier if you will never make pain a big deal, just laugh at it, just process it and live your life. Never try to escape from it because it will always catch you, just ignore it and focus your attention to the things that really matters, believe in the power of now,
