THE REAL REASON WHY ARE YOU PROCRASTINATING


Procrastination is the culprit for depression. If you are not moving then you will feel bad, you will feel depressed, you will feel useless and weak. It's a very bad bad feeling, your sanity will be in trouble. If you will not move now then your mental game will be destroyed, you will entertain a lot of negative thoughts inside of your head and if you will not control it earlier... you will go to the mental hospital or the worst is... you might even kill yourself, that is a bad thing to do because you only have one life and you have to live it to the fullest.

The real reason why people procrastinate is they want to feel good, they want good emotions. But having that good emotions will not come out in the beginning, it will only come out on the middle of the process or at the end. You will not feel good when you start, you will really feel heavy and doubtful. That's why a lot of people can't start... they want shortcuts, they want the finish product right away. They don't want to enjoy the process. Life is a journey, it's not a destination, you pick a task or a goal then you start it, never mind about finish great or finishing fast.... just start it and enjoy the process.

Never stop because that will lead back to procrastination. Once you start do everything in your power to sustain the momentum. Never let your fire die, always keep it burning.

You are procrastinating because you always think about the finish product, you are always thinking about how difficult it is to get there. That's why a lot of fat people can't exercise... they were always looking at the weighing scale, they were focused on getting rid of their fats. That will only create a huge resistance, you will feel heavy if you're always thinking about the results. People need to realize that once they are doing something everyday and they are not stopping it... results will come little by little, it will come naturally and they need to appreciate it even if it's small.

All you have to do is start and enjoy everything, enjoy the struggle, enjoy the pain, enjoy failures, enjoy looking like a bum. Stop being a spoiled kid that needs to be pampered every now and then, you need to act fast and stop waiting for the right timing. Stop looking for the right process, once you trust your own process then the right steps will be revealed as you go along the way.

If you established a habit of just starting it then your life will be good, you will never experience depression anymore, you need to start something and do everything in your power to finish it no matter how long it takes.

So do it, once there is an urgent task... do it, do it with all your might, just give your very best and you will be alright. Again, stop looking for results, just enjoy the process and never look for a fast finish.
