If it really looks impossible, if you think that you can't do it anymore then you need to give up winning, release, let go, never hold on to something. Give up but keep moving forward, in your mind you already quit but you are still moving forward, you are still fighting, you just don't care about winning anymore.
That is the best way to release the resistance, that is the best way to stop having a hard time. It's like tricking your mind, you release the pressure, you stop thinking about perfection but you still keep trying over and over again. There will be no pressure on your side anymore if you stop thinking about winning, you will never become tired anymore, you are just enjoying the process and you have no plan of stopping.
That is how to energize yourself, that is how to keep moving forward. It's like losing all hope, and losing all hope was freedom. You don't have anything to lose anymore, you are not trying so hard but you are moving fast, you are no longer feeling the resistance.
That is what forgetting about perfection is all about... it is giving you freedom, you are not competing, you are just enjoying the game of life, you are just having a good time. You are in the moment, you are in the zone, you don't care about being the number one anymore. It will be very easy for you to move because you just don't care, you are just loving your life, there will be no more worries or stress, you will just live in the moment and forget about anything else.
It's called detachment, you detach yourself from something so you will get it, you don't think about it all day but you are still somehow interested with it. It's just like you stop pushing so hard because doing it will only make you suffer even more. You release that difficult thought, you give yourself the freedom to enjoy the things that you have and enjoy being in the moment.
Give up winning but keep moving, you are giving yourself a better chance by doing that. Stop hoping and just enjoy the moment.
