YOUR STATE OF MIND IS YOUR REALITY

Look at your state of mind, was it a state of worry? was it a state of fear? or was it a state of happiness and excitement. Your state of mind is your reality, be aware of what is going on inside of your head. If it is full of bitterness and fear then nothing will happen to you, negative situations will be attracted to you. You can change your state of mind by filtering the thoughts that are running inside of your head.

Be careful of what you are planting inside of your head. Those thoughts will become your reality. That's why poor people become broke, that's why they can't get out from the rut they are in... it's because they can't entertain abundant thoughts, they always complain, they always think about scarcity and lack.

If you will only focus on what you want and think about what you want then your life will change. You will be surprised with the change that is going to happen. Your mind is your investment, never underestimate its power, you think that it's nothing that's why you keep entertaining a lot of negative thoughts, you thought that it has nothing to do with your reality but the truth is your mind is your power, your mind is the one that controls your life. A healthy mind is a wealthy life, a powerful mind is a successful life. So keep developing your mental game because if you are mentally tough then you will never fail, you will only prevail.

Focus on what you want, you're so focused on what you don't want that's why you keep getting it. Focus on what you want and you will get it fast, it will manifest into your life faster than expected.

If your reality now is ugly then it means your state of mind is ugly, it is crowded with fears, worries and doubts, it is full of negativity. It's time to change, it's time to make adjustments to your thoughts. You are what you think about, it's better to think about positive thoughts that to entertain the negative ones.

You can play with your mind, you can input any thoughts into it. Once you choose a thought that you think will help, play it on your mind over and over again. Never entertain thoughts that are negative for too long. You can never have a perfect mind, sometimes negativity will try to take over but you must be aware of it. You must guard your mind, you must kill every thought that is making you weak. Be an assassin of negativity, kill it right away once it is entering your mind.

Make your mind strong, make your mind tough, it is your ticket to a better life. A healthy mind is a prosperous life.

What your mind think will be attracted to you so be alarmed if you're always thinking about bad things, you will be attracted to it if you don't make adjustments to how your mind behaves.

So choose the right thoughts, choose the right ideas and information that you will program to your mind. Be aware of what is going on inside of your brain, be mindful, be in the moment. Process your brain and make sure you are only letting in the thoughts that will help you to become a better person.
