Because it's not your job to change someone, you don't have the right to do that. A person will change if he wants to, the more you force someone to change... the more he will get mad at you. It's because he can't see it, he doesn't feel it, it is too uncomfortable.
Change will happen naturally, you don't need to force someone to join you or share the same visions as yours. If he wants to change then he will change.
All you can do is inspire, be successful and if someone ask you how to do it then give him all the knowledge, help him to become successful too.
You can never change someone if that person is not willing to change. Change is very hard to do because you need force to do it. If you are forcing someone... he will never understand you, he will hate you and avoid you.
Don't change someone, he will never understand you because he sees some other things. Everyone knows what is good for himself so just shut up and mind your own business.
