Everytime you feel the pain you should feel motivated, every time you feel lazy and heavy you should feel stronger and better, you should work every time you feel discomfort. Every time you feel that you're going to lose, you will keep trying. Every time you feel that you can't move anymore.. you will keep pushing.
Reverse the psychology, everyone can move when they are feeling good but they can take actions if they are under pressure? they can make good decisions and stay calm if everything is not going right? Every time you feel that it is hard... you should be hopeful and keep working hard, never let any negative emotions stop you.
It's all in the mind, take care of your mind, take care of your psychology... you should entertain thoughts that will make you active and powerful.
