You've been chasing success for your whole life but you're still not successful now because you don't know what is now working.
You're wasting a lot of time but you're not aware of it, your subconscious mind is always in control. You're in an auto pilot mode and there is nothing you can do about it.
Remind yourself that it's not working. If you're about to open your email that is not important remind yourself that it's not working, it's not giving you any edge. If you're about to watch TV and you still have a work to do, choose your work, remind yourself that watching TV is not working at all.
If you're daydreaming again and wasting a lot of your time lying in bed doing nothing, remind yourself that it is not working, you better stand up and do something that is more productive.
You're engaging in the same habits for years and it is not giving you anything, you need to know what is working and what is not. Check your life, make a checklist of your activities, identify what is working and what is not. Never let your mind control you, be aware if you are doing it automatically.
