REMEMBER THE MOST PAINFUL EVENTS IN YOUR LIFE

If you're in pain now and you don't know what to do, if you are getting depressed and hopeless... remember the most painful moments in your life. You will learn that what you are experiencing right now is nothing compares to what you experienced in the past, it is no match. The pain you're feeling today is no near 50 percent of what you felt in the past. It only means that you need to stay positive, if you surpass the pain in the past then you can survive the pain of today.

You're not a rookie to that pain, it is nothing, you didn't die in the past so you will never die today. You will be able to survive it and thrive again, you will be able to succeed again, it's difficult but that is nothing compared to the difficulty in the past.

So if you're scared right now, don't be, if you can survive in the past then you can survive again today. It's a struggle but it is not the ending, that struggle will end in just a matter of time. You're already tough, remind yourself about that, don't forget that you can withstand any pain, don't forget that you can thrive from any kind of situation.
