If you can't praise your own work then it will never grow, you will never become successful. You must love your own work so that you will never stop working everyday. Be your number one fan, love every single detail of your work. You don't need to be loud and telling everyone how you love your work and how great it is, just keep it to yourself, love it silently. Work everyday and keep loving it... that's the best way to become successful.
Look at those failures... they hate their work, they're always complaining that's why they keep on failing. If you love it then it will grow... as simple as that.
You must love it truly, don't love it because a lot of people were praising you, the love must be genuine. You should love it because you really like it and you don't care if people will like it or not, you don't care if you will get rewards or not... you just love it because it makes you feel good.
Your work will only become better if you will appreciate it everyday, appreciate that you have a work and you can still work, don't complain, don't worry... just do it and be satisfied with it.
And even if things go wrong... you must not leave your work, you must stay with it until the end. Love it even if it is not giving you anything, appreciate it and be happy with it everyday.
