OVERCOMING BAD HABITS

Just stop it, use your will power. If you have a bad addiction then just stop it, do something else, it's not hard, you think that it's hard because you let your mind control you, you want to feel good right away by doing it that's why it's hard, you're on an auto pilot mode.

Do something else that is more productive, do something else that has rewards even if the reward is little. Find a job, do something positive, change your life little by little. It's all about overpowering the bad habits with the good ones. It's easy if you will focus on some other things that will give you a little bit success. Appreciate the small things, never take them for granted.

A bad habit is growing stronger because you keep on feeding it, admit that it is destroying your life and start to turn your life around by taking small actions. Take one small action at a time and never stop, never stop until you're tired.

A bad habit will never stay in your system forever, all you have to do is be aware of what you're doing and choose the best option available, choose the option that will lead you to a right direction. It's easy if you will try, you have to start now.

Stop smoking and start jogging, start walking. Stop gossiping and start creating art, create your own business. Stop drug addiction and start pursuing an impossible goal, something that will thrill you, something that will challenge you. It's all about focusing on the opposite activity. You are soft if you're always choosing the thought and activity that is not contributing to your growth, start choosing the right thing now and let that momentum roll forever.
