Look for a skill then master it then remaster it, the growth should never stop because if you stop learning then it's over for you, you will never succeed. Once you are becoming successful in something... stay humble, never ever get complacent, you need to always stay hungry and keep pushing yourself... be close to perfection.
There are lot of room for growth, there are lot of time to get better. There are lot of opportunities that you shouldn't waste. There is no ceiling for learning, there is no limitation, there is a lot of room for growth.
