Look at yourself, understand what you're feeling, it's hard to stay positive right? it's because you want to see results right away, you are expecting too much. Don't expect too much, just work hard and stay with the course. Feel a little hopeful today and try to amplify it tomorrow, every hope that you felt will help you along the way.
Watch your feelings, if you're feeling hopeless then you need to find the right thought that will make you feel good and motivated again. It's all in the mind, your emotions are coming from your thoughts. If you keep on entertaining negative thoughts then you will become hopeless and depressed, you will not move anymore.
It's hard to become positive because you were being blinded by problems and heavy challenges. You don't want to take actions, being lazy will make you a negative person. If you want your hope to stay alive then you need to move and stop stopping.
JUST BECAUSE YOUR SLOW DOESN'T MEAN YOU DON'T HAVE HOPE ANYMORE. It's ok to slow down every time you get sad because you can't make progress. Being hopeless is different from being sad. You still need to move even if you're not that motivated. It's ok to feel slow but never stop moving, never stop creating, forget all the results, forget the expectations and keep moving forward.
