If you think that you really can't do it, if it is really hard and you feel that you're just wasting your energy here is what you need to do... let your mind breathe, relax for a little time, relax fora few seconds... breathe and hen try again. But this time you should be more playful and relaxed, feel that you have nothing to lose.
Just do it without feeling the pressure and expectations, don't expect too much, don't try to look perfect. Just give your very best and never think about anything else, execute your game plan if you have and never look at the results, never check if you're winning or losing... just do it and feel free.
