If they are faster then you then don't try to be faster than them, use your own speed, use your own style. If they are slow then don't slow down, use your natural speed, use your power, never adjust to their weakness.
It's all about implementing the strength that you have and using what you have to thrive in life. If you are slow then keep being slow, if you are fast then keep being fast... what matters is you are natural and real. Don't try to adjust because it will lead to failure.
