Everyone has his own timing, there are some people who are really slow to learn but they are patient and in the end they become smarter than other people who can learn fast.
A slow learner is still learning, everyone can learn for as long as he is dedicated and really wanted to learn. So if you are slow to learn... don't get frustrated, just be patient. If nobody wants to teach you then teach yourself, force yourself to become great, don't let them laugh at you forever, make a stand... make yourself great and learn as much as you can.
Some people are easy to judge, they will belittle some people who are learning slow, they don't know that it's not how fast you learn... it's how much you are willing to learn.
Because if you really wanted to learn something... you will give time for it, you will make it as your priority, you will sacrifice some of your hobbies just to learn it and become successful with it.
