YOU ARE WORKING EVERY TIME YOU ARE STOPPING

It takes some serious willpower and energy to stop your vices. It's a work to stop yourself from engaging with bad habits, you need a serious discipline by doing that. It takes a lot of energy to stop yourself from gossiping, drinking beers, gambling, wasting time, scrolling or watching tv for hours. It's already a work when you are stopping your old and bad habits, it's difficult so be proud of yourself when you manage to stay on the right side instead of choosing the wrong side which is fun, easy and entertaining. It's hard to stop yourself from doing the wrong activities, that is already a work and that is a progress itself. So whenever you choose to just sit down and never do anything instead of scrolling for hours that leads to nowhere and a rotting mind... it means you're already changing. Stopping yourself from doing the useless activities is already a big achievement. You don't need to become great here, you don't need to become smart, you just need to master the basics and that is avoiding the activities that are making you lazier, unfocused, stupid, weak, slow and sick. That's all you need to do, it is better to do nothing at all than to go back to your old bad habits that are destroying your life. Focus on what you don't need to do and don't do it, watch yourself if you are about to get triggered with mindless actions and stop it now, stop the vices even if it is tempting, stop it even if you already started it. Just like trying to improve your health, you don't need medicines or doctors, you just need to stop what is destroying your health, and that is overeating and eating the wrong foods, all you need to do is stop and you will get better. Stopping your vices, stopping the addiction, stopping the useless actions is already a big achievement, it is hard that is why your life will change. SO keep watching yourself, keep guarding yourself if you are about to open the porn site, just stop, just sit and do nothing and you already won. Stop yourself if you are about to eat the junkfood, stop yourself if you are scrolling on social media, stop yourself if you are about to waste your time again on comment section, that's all you need to do and you will be forced to take the right actions that will make you better. Every action should be related to your goal, if you are about to do something that will never even improve you then choose doing nothing because that is much better. Because choosing entertainment over discipline is weakness, watch yourself... you get stronger mentally and physically every time you practice delayed gratification and restraint, you're becoming a different beast every time you choose the harder path that has more benefits. You are already leveling up every time you choose discipline, it is better to do nothing than to go back to your vices.
