Emotion is the biggest trap, you are doing something stupid because of emotion. Losers lose because hey let emotions decide where they will go. You want to feel good, you want to feel entertained, you want to feel comfortable and have fun all the time that is why your mentality gets weaker and weaker. Instant gratification with no purpose makes your mind weak. Masturbation, eating junkfood, delaying the tasks, watching TV all day long, gossips and scrolling for 8 hours... this will make your mind very weak and that is why you never fight when there is a big challenge infront of you, that is why you quite easily. You need to finish what you started, do what you said you're going to do and never delay your tasks, never put off until tomorrow what you can finish today. It's better to finish it imperfect than saying to yourself you're going to finish it better tomorrow, tomorrow is just an excuse, later means laziness and being irresponsible, it means you're voting against your own greatness. Greatness can be found on simple things like washing the dishes fast, cleaning your room the moment you saw it dirty, doing what you promise to your wife, doing what you promise to your son and not making excuses why you can't do it now. Force yourself to become a finisher, that alone is greatness. Stop letting your feelings win because all the time it s telling you to stop and just take it easy because it is not urgent but the truth is it's urgent because it is a training to get better and more responsible, telling yourself that you can do an important task tomorrow while playing video games now is a weak man's move, it will make your mind weaker and weaker. If you can't force yourself to do the things that are important then you're a baby, you're a toddler that needs milk every 3 hours. You need to handle the business very well, become a finisher like an assassin that never thinks twice if he's going to finish the victim, be a professional, do what you said you're going to do and never make excuses when you feel a little bit tired or uncomfortable. Become a doer even if it takes 8 hours or 20 to finish something... just finish it, just do it that's how to become the best version of yourself. Watch your mind, watch your actions, are you doing what is best for you? or are you choosing comfort all the time that is making you weak and useless? This is simply about facing the pain and nothing else, this is simply about facing your responsibilities and not caring about other things that are unimportant. You have to choose if you want to get better or worse, there is no in between, you can't stay in the middle because by choosing that also means going down, you either go up or down only, you can't playsafe here. What weakens the mentality is choosing the easier options that has no meaning and use. Every difficulty you face and do is making your mind stronger than before. Choose what is hard now and live an easier life later.
