First of all take care of your speed, improve it, master it and never hesitate. You lose focus because you allow yourself to become slow. Number 2 don't be afraid of failing and making mistakes, wanting to become perfect all the time makes you stiff and undecisive. Start now, control your mind, control your life and destroy the old programming that is making you a loser. You have to be competitive and aggressive, small imperfect actions will make you focused, it will give you a strong momentum so if you can do something... do it, you are building the right habits everytime you embrace boredom and pain of working hard. train your mind to become a doer, whenever you need to do something... do it, be in a sense of urgency, just do it, take actions now, take it one step at a time and never stop. For as long as you are moving forward... you will be alright. Nothing can stop you if you are focused and serious about what you're trying to achieve, the only way to growth is through discomfort and embracing that it is a process, you need to be mindful al the time and watch yourself if you are about to stop because you feel sudden discomfort with your actions. The good news is... you can still move despite of not feeling it, you can force your body to do something even if you don't like it, that is how greatness begin, that is what separates the winners from losers, winners still move despite of not liking the situation, they act based on logic and not with emotions. If you are emotional all the time then you will never win but if you can move despite of hardships, difficulties and adversities then you're already one of a kind, you're a beast, you're something they can't control and won't be control, you're a different kind of human being and you're really willing to win and do whatever it takes no matter what. Take actions and never stop pushing forward, do whatever it takes to succeed and get better, the time is now, stop waiting because you will never win if you keep on resting and allowing the random thoughts to stop you. So what if it is hard? that doesn't mean there is no benefit behind it, you will only become strong if you will face what is hard and do everything in your power to move forward. You can do something, it's just a matter of taking actions, take it one step at a time and never stop. Focus on what you can control and that is taking actions no matter what. DO whatever it takes to get to the next level, never care about how you feel and focus on what you can do, as simple as that. You will become powerful if you focus on what makes you focused and that is practicing delayed gratification, fasting, exercising, doing what is hard, being fast and decisive, making sacrifices, learning something and not giving a damn what everyone else is doing.
