You will never become fearless, you will always become scared, fear will try to stop you and that is ok but once you start and avoid overthinking, once you decide to just do it.. fear will go away. Action creates confidence, inaction builds doubts and fears. The reason why you are scared all the time is because you are allowing yourself to get distracted by things that doesn't even matter at all. You will become more happier when you are disciplined and committed to improvement, you will never become confident when your thoughts are always wandering anywhere, when you avoid distractions and decided to become disciplined... you will become powerful, fast, strong and happier. Happiness and confidence comes from delayed gratification, it comes from deprivation and sacrifice. Stop being slow, stop overthinking, you need to be disciplined and control your thoughts to think the right way, every time you are breathing your mind is working, the question is... is it working for you or against you? you will be able to control your mind when you make sacrifices and embrace the pain of being disciplined. Practice restraint, practice choosing the right thoughts and actions, you need to face what is hard, what is hard will give you happiness, what is hard will make you better, as simple as that. A disciplined mind only scans what is important, it only sees what will help you, it only focuses on things that will put you on a better position to succeed. The most important thing id discipline, you need to start fast and keep going further no matter what, you need to keep forcing yourself to take actions even if you don't want to... that is where confidence happens, you don't need to feel good about this, you don't need to fee comfortable, you need to push yourself to become the man that you want to be. Fear will go away once you start, it will stay forever when you procrastinate, if you keep on delaying things your anxiety will get stronger. The real problem is you think you need to wait for the perfect moment but that moment never comes. You need to force yourself to take actions now and be the best that you can be. Push yourself, keep going, keep pushing further and never care if you make it or not, never care if you are right or wrong, let go of the idea that you need to win fast, just move and keep the ball rolling, have fun with the process, see yourself transforming into a better man, see yourself getting better because you choose discipline over feelings. Because your feelings is a traitor, it will tell you to stop but you will have regrets in the end, if you want o overcome your fears... just do it.
