If you feel so weak all the time, if you are slow and always feeling tired... it means you don't have discipline. It means you're wasting a lot of time and energy for useless activities, you are eating junkfoods, you are not focused on getting stronger instead your time is scattered and your attention goes to different subjects or happenings that is not helping you to get better, you keep getting worse and weak because you never practice delayed gratification, you are addicted to pleasures and useless activities that is pulling you down. If you want to have relentless energy... stay focused and committed to things that will give you a better body, mind and life. That's it, the reason why you feel so weak is because you're not even restraining yourself from activities and things that are draining your energy fast. You are wasting your time, you can't control yourself, you are doing a lot of useless actions that is leading to nowhere. If you want to have a lot of energy.. you need to watch yourself, be mindful of your thoughts and actions and never do something stupid. Watch yourself what are you doing right now, is is either adding your energy or draining your energy. Being lazy will drain your energy, you think you are resting but the truth is excessive rest will make you tired even more. Indecision, procrastination, delaying actions and overthinking will make you tired thrice faster. So if you want to become powerful and relentless... stay disciplined, never do something that will never give you power. Actions must be related to your goals, growth, job and improvement. You must stop engaging with activities that doesn't matter. Pleasures will make you weak, an undisciplined mind and body will make you weaker faster than it's normal rate. Be mindful of your thoughts and decisions, you need to restrain yourself from doing useless things that will never give you anything in the future. Exercise, learning, working, stick with the process that gives results, avoiding unhealthy foods, not wasting time... these are hard things but it will give you power and control of your life. You need to stay away from activities that will only drain a lot of your energy. Stay positive and discipline and you will feel proud of yourself, you will feel stronger than ever, that's all you need to do, there is no magic hack here, you need discipline not energy drink, you need to restrain yourself from foods that are making you weak and sick, you need to move fast and avoid scrolling or clicking clickbaits that will only make your mind weak. Being disciplined, decisive, responsible and focus is the best thing that you can do with your life, it is the direction and blueprint, you will feel so successful and strong when you follow this path. The reason why someone is weak is because he lacks the discipline, he as a lot of things going on that are useless and not helping him to get on top.
