You don't want to get rejected, embarrassed, humiliated. You don't want to feel the pain, you don't want to feel weak and a loser, you just want to feel good. You wanted to feel liked, loved, appreciated and accepted that is why you feel weak all the time. You will only get stronger if you embrace the unwanted emotions like stress, fear, anxiety, uncertainty and worries. Embrace all of it and never despise any of it. It's just a feeling, never care about how you feel, just only care about what you want to get and you will never get what you want if you're too emotional because your emotions is an ego, it will tell you to stop, it will tell you that it is not safe, it will tell you that you're delusional and that you don't deserve it. Stop letting your emotions be the guide and let your mind be the guide, let your logic and decision making skills be the guide. Was it really that dangerous? of course not, if it can't kill you then it's not dangerous, the only thing that is dangerous is you playing it safe and not living up with your full potential. If you want to get more then stop playing it safe and just do what you think will make your life better, as simple as that. Be the best that you can be, give everything you've got no matter what. The only reason why you're holding yourself back is because you're afraid of what people will say, you're afraid of failure and you're afraid of the future but if you will stay in the moment and just do whatever you can do even if your way is ugly then you will feel powerful, you will have a bigger chance of winning. Stop belittling yourself, everything is just an emotion, there is no success or failure... it's just a feeling, if you can learn how to process your emotions and stop being sensitive, if you can do what you need to do without feeling of attachment then you will win in life. Feel your fears, anxieties, worries, shyness, laziness, weakness and pain, feel everything until it can no longer intimidate you. The truth is every fear is the same, it just comes from different forms but they are all the same, you are feeling it and you are afraid of it, it's the same feeling in your body you just thought they are all different but they are the same, if you have fear of heights and you have fear of failure, they are both the same, you are scared on both scenarios, there is no difference between the two, the visuals is the only difference but the point here is you are scared on those two different things, you are feeling the same, when you are scared you are scared, it doesn't matter where you are or what you are experiencing, you are scared and that is the main point here. The good news is you will become tougher by facing your fears, you will be able to conquer life the moment you just show up and pretend to be fearless.
