FEAR WILL ALWAYS BE PART OF YOUR LIFE




Doubts, fear, hesitation, fear of losing, anxiety, overthinking... this will be part of your life and you have to know it and accept it. You have to understand that you're just a human being and it's normal to get emotional or reactive in a certain way. But the thing is this.. if you want to get ahead in life and avoid being stuck, broke, defeated and depressed then you need to know if you're feeling negatively and do something about it. Accept it but move despite of feeling it, fight it with actions and taking positive step one day at a time. Never procrastinate because it will make things worse, do something positive, be productive and stay busy despite of getting little results or no results at all. 

WATCH YOURSELF IF YOU'RE WASTING YOUR LIFE

Thinking about the past, thinking about other people, dwelling on your mistakes, being dramatic, procrastinating a lot, choosing inactivity over activity, being weak, watching news and simping on IG models... you are wasting your life, stop living like a bum and choose greatness instead. You have to choose between being weak or being strong, you can be staying in the middle because it's more stressful there, it's either you are a bum for life or a winner for life. Which path do you prefer? there is nothing wrong if you choose the weaker option, it's your life. The point here is you've got to decide if you're going to waste or use your life the right way. Because being at the middle and always overthinking and overdreaming is more punishing, you've got to decide what do you want to be.

TIME IS RUNNING

Replace all the nonsense activity with a more useful ones because time is fast, stop wasting time because it is the most valuable thing in the world. With proper use of time you can become a legend. The more you waste your time the more you will become scared, inaction breeds doubt and fears, action will give you a lot of confidence, so if you are scared to death right now about simple things or problems then it means you're not doing anything. Be scared if you're wasting a lot of your time because it will back fire at you in the end, you will regret it, a lot of opportunities will fly away, a lot of easy money and chances will be wasted. You need to utilize your time very well and be responsible enough to know what is right or wrong, know what is helping you or making you worse, you're old enough to know this, stop pretending that you don't know what to do. Time is running, the clock is ticking, you have to push yourself to take massive actions and stop complaining about the uncertainties of life. Fear will be there, you will always feel anxious but the good news is you can still take actions despite of feeling this way. 

WHAT YOU ARE SCARED OF? 

Failing? getting rejected by a bitch? getting tired? being broke? traffic? not fitting in? being the last? these type of fears were so funny and low level. Why will you become scared of something that is normal? if it is not life threatening then why be scared of it? Everything that you are scared of will disappear if you face it and look it in the eye. The more you are willing to feel fear and become scared... the more it will go away. 

YOU WILL FIGURE IT OUT IF YOU DON'T QUIT

just move forward and you will figure out what to do, something will click, you will experience a breakthrough. Keep on working, there is no time for stopping. The more you stop the more you will become stressed and scared. Just keep pushing and look for something you can do rather than thinking about quitting, quitting is for losers, you're not a loser right? so don't ever quit and fight for it until the end, make a stand and don't ever give up. 

YOU RUN YOUR LIFE

You're the one who is in charge of your life, you may go up or you may go down depending on how you run your life. It depends on how you use your time, your life was dependent of your habits. It's your habits of thinking and everyday actions and decisions that affects your life. It's not the external things or other people that can scare you, you are allowing them to poison your mind because you're not working on yourself. You should start internalizing and visualizing about your own greatness and strength, you should train your mind to withstand any storm and adapt to any frightening situation or events. It's ok to be scared but keep in mind that you still need to move, don't ever let fear immobilize you forever, fear is nothing but a feeling, you can extinguish it by taking massive massive actions, the more you move the more confident you will be.

LEARN TO FIGHT

Fight for what you want, fight for the life you want to live. It's ok to be scared but don't let that fear stop you, feel it and still move forward. Learn to fight, it's just a fear, it will go away anytime soon, it will never stop you forever, stop being frozen, stop being stunned and just move your hands and feet, use your brain, stay calm and learn to fight, you can't be scared all the time, it's time to unleash the beast inside of you. Fake courage if you need to but don't let fear get in the way.

STOP WATCHING NEWS

News is the strongest poison to your brain, it's feeding your mind the wrong food, it's making you weak and anxious, it's making you worried for a problem that doesn't even exist at all. All the news does is fool you and make you addicted to it. Stop being concerned with other people's live, stop being troubled by problems that you have no business with. Why will you feel bad about a person who lost everything? you're not even related to him, the news is making you react and feel something so that you will get addicted to it.
