The greatest gift that I received is not car, money, promotion, fame or something, it's not a material thing. The greatest gift that I received is knowing that I can.
I can earn money by my own, I don't need a boss, I don't need a company or someone who will instruct me what to do. I am so free, I am so blessed that I was able to received this mindset early in my life.
I know I can stand for something without relying on someone's power. I know I can work until the end and give my family a good life. I know I can endure any hardships in life and keep moving forward until the end, what a great gift. I am very happy I received it in the early stage of my life.
It's not about being arrogant, it's about being confident and having faith that I will be alright no matter what.
I know I can amuse myself and be really happy without the use of material things or appreciation from other people. I honestly know that I can control my feelings and embrace what is going on with my life and still try to make my position a little bit better than yesterday.
I know I can be happy anytime I want, I will just think about happy thoughts, work hard and give my best and that's it... my happiness is very simple, it is all about progress. It has nothing to do with something that is outside of me.
Knowing that I can and can thrive at any situation is the greatest gift that I received. I know what really makes me happy, I am so satisfied. I am so happy that I was able to realized that I can be really happy without having too many friends, money and other unimportant things.
I am so happy wit this life because I know that I can do it on my own. But that doesn't mean that I am not open to other experiences and opportunities, of course I am. New friends, more money, new car, new house. I am open to all of those things, but if I can't have those things at the moment... I am still very happy.
The greatest gift that I received is knowing that I can survive, thrive, be happy and stand alone at any given situation.
