JUST GO THROUGH THE MOTIONS

If you're so tired and stress and you think you can't move anymore but you still need to work for hours because you need to finish an urgent task... just go through the motions. Be on an auto pilot mode, be in slow motion. Never stop, just go through the motion until you finish what you're suppose to finish.

It's like forcing yourself to move in a very slow pace. You feel bad, you feel tired but you are still doing it. It's ok if you are very slow but what matters is you don't stop and you push through. You do every small step that you can do, you fight the thought in your head that is telling you to quit. You breathe for a second then you take actions again.

You don't care if your time is running out, you don't care about how long you still need to work. You just go through the motions, you don't look for the time, you embrace how you feel and you keep making baby steps until you finish.

It's like committing into something really important and you can't quit because something bad will happen to you. It's like a do or die situation, you finish or you will be finished.

DON'T LOOK AT THE FINISH LINE... EVER. Just keep moving in a very slow pace, never mind if you're the last, just keep going until you finish it. Never look at the clock, never look at the finish line because it will only make you tired even more. Enjoy your tired body, be proud of your courage, be happy that you can still move.

It's your willpower that will make you finish the task. It's not your tired body and mind that will decide if you can make it or not, it's the willpower alone.

Don't make an excuse that you are so tired, if you need to do it now then do it, just go through the motions, never force anything, never rush, enjoy your natural pace... you will be able to finish it in just a matter of time.
