DO WHAT GIVES YOU HOPE

Do something that gives you hope, a lot of people were hopeless because they are not doing what can give them hope. They were so focused on what they don't want, they concentrate on fears, worries and negativity that is why the can't change their lives.

WHAT ARE THE ACTIVITIES THAT WILL GIVE YOU HOPE?

1. Exercise and taking care of your health. This shit is hard but it will give you good feelings, it is only hard in the beginning but once you get used to it... it will be very easy. Exercising will give you good feelings, good feelings will make you hopeful, it will transform you from an excuse maker to a result getter. Keep on running or jogging everyday... it will give you hope, you will be able to think clearly because of it, you will find peace and make your thoughts more positive.

2. Earning some money on your own. People are depressed and hopeless because they can't earn money on their own. You need to find a way how to earn money by yourself so you won't ask for someone's support anymore. It's not the money itself that will make you feel better but having the ability to make money by yourself, it will make you more confident, your self esteem will go very high. It will give you high hopes because you will have the ability to dream again because you are your own boss and you hold the cards to success.

3. Listening to positive and successful people. Never listen to someone who all knows is how to spread negativity. You will become hopeless if you associate yourself with that kind of person. He will tell you negative stories, he will corrupt your mind and make you a pessimist. Listen to someone who is successful and will give you advise about your problems. You will become more motivated and determined to make your life better. Positive people will never make you hopeless, they will give you words of encouragement on how to deal with your life correctly.

4. Take baby steps. Always take action, take baby steps for your goal, you will have high hopes if you are moving because you are seeing yourself improving and progressing. May it be the tiniest step that you know... do it. Baby steps are very powerful if you do it for a very long time, it will accumulate in the end and will give you the life that you want.

5. Help someone. Helping someone will also give you good emotions, you will learn that life is all about compassion and making other people successful. It is not all about yourself, even if you are problematic... if you can help someone then you will also feel good, your hope will become stronger.
