WHO SAYS YOU NEED TO BECOME HAPPY




Who says you need to become happy? who says you need to feel comfortable? happiness is overrated. Do your responsibility instead of chasing happiness and your emotions will get better. You feel suck because you're always looking for good feelings, emotions are so overrated. Happiness come and go, life is a rollercoaster of emotions, it's nothing but a pattern, get use to being sad because it's normal. Today you are sad and tomorrow you will be happy, this is just a cycle, don't ever be controlled by emotions. Those who can handle any kind of feelings will thrive in life. 

YOU'RE SO SOFT

You want to be liked, you want to feel good, you want to become popular, you want to be loved by everyone, you want to look great without having to work hard for it, you're so full of dramas, you love shortcuts and pleasures, you lover stupid entertainment that will never even put you on a better position to succeed. You care about what people say, you're not giving yourself a chance to win, you want to succeed but you're not willing to pay the price. You're so soft and weak and that's why you're depressed and always wandering for something that you don't even know. 

TRUST THE NO'S

no pleasures, no junk foods, no procrastination, no playing around, no useless news, no wasting any second. Trust the no's and you will have a much better life. Discipline means freedom, if you are good in controlling your urges then you will thrive in life. Saying now, depriving yourself means staying in control. If you're really good in saying to to your vices, if you can master yourself and avoid temptations then you will win in life. Because the truth is pleasures is making you weak, slow and broke. It's not that you don't have a talent or something, it's not that you have zero potential, the reason for your misery is you always got tempted to something stupid that will never help you to grow. Starting now, say no to your vices, say not no bad habits and start recreating your life. Avoid the negative and useless thoughts, avoid the other problems and issues that is not even connected with your life. Learn to focus on what you want and stay away from what you don't want. Stay away from problems that you can't control and focus on challenges that will make you grow.

Force yourself to move and do the right thing. Force yourself to enjoy the process even if it is really boring and hard. It is what it is, if it is hard do it hard and never make excuses. Never look for shortcuts, never look for easy ways because it will never help you at all. You need a tremendous force here, use your willpower and energy, use your burning desire. You need to follow your plan and make the process very simple. Repetition is the key, repeat the good habits over and over again until it was forever programmed into your system. It's all in the mind, work on your mind and your body will follow. Teach your mind how to think, be conscious all the time, be aware of what you're thinking because your thoughts will become your reality.  Don't be scared of any difficulty, that is the key, that is the secret to power. Face what is in front of you, don't be afraid to face the pain, don't be afraid of a difficult life because if you're struggling then it means you're progressing, if you're chasing something then you are getting better, as simple as that. You are lucky if you wanted to change because it means you have a good thinking mind, your future is in good hands and you have a direction in life. So don't look for happiness, it will come if it is about to come, feelings come and go, you don't need to force happiness to be felt because you will feel it in just a matter of time. Just be patient, be yourself and never give up.
