HOW TO FEEL LESSER PRESSURE




Don't ever think that you are special, don't ever think that you need to win but still work as hard as you can and give your best. That's the best way to feel lesser pressure. You're giving yourself too much pressure because you think you need to look perfect and clean, you think you need to become great and having that kind of mentality stops you from taking risk, you're avoiding your hands to get dirty, you're not giving your all, you are playing it safe and you don't want to make mistakes. You don't want to get judged, you don't want to look like a fool. If you will just avoid the trying to look perfect mentality then you will be able to do more, you will feel free and you will become very creative. Stop putting too much pressure on yourself and just do what you need to do, as simple as that. Stop wasting time overthinking, stop wasting energy thinking about what people are going to say and just be yourself. At the end of the day they will never feed you or give you anything so why worry about what they say? you need to correct your perspective, learn how to condition your mind to become a doer and not an overthinker. Pressure is only in the mind, you put it to yourself because you want to look great, you want  easy ways and when you can't find it... you're panicking like a chicken. You have to learn to take it easy and let go while pushing yourself to the limits, it's going to be hard but accept it. Pressure can never kill you, once you felt the fear... let it go and keep moving forward, don't fold under difficult and uncomfortable situations, it is what it is, this is life, it is full of challenges but so what? If you will just move forward and stop thinking about the results then everything will feel easier. Focus on taking actions, focus on your mind, never focus on the outside and focus on the inside, real power s within. Focus on what you can control and avoid letting the outside noises come in, it's all in your head, you have to be aware of what you're thinking and never think that anything is too important, the only important thing here is your journey and your life. So what if you lose? so what if you can't make it? so what if you come up short? so what if they're laughing at you? you can still feel invincible even if the world is against you. You can still feel better even if you're struggling so bad. The feeling is your command, you can create the state from within, it all depends on how you handle your thoughts. Try to manipulate your thoughts to your advantage, never let negative thoughts control you. Always choose actions that will give you an edge or advantage, nothing is so hard if you will just relax and do it. Stop wasting time over analyzing things, you're not a scientist. Just stick with the basics and keep pushing forward no matter what. It's on you if you will let the distractions, noises, critics, problems affect you, it's on you if you will think that it is too painful and scary. The reality is it's only in your mind, nothing is scary if you will just look at it and feel it.
