If you don't want to become a follower for life then you need to learn how to run your own show. Create your own. Create your own process, system, team, business, finance, economy, algorithm, circle, goals, dreams, program. Create your own show, run it and never care if you fail or succeed. At the end of the day the real measure of success is how happy you are without the influence of other people. If you can command your own life then money is not part of the equation, it's about your mind and freedom. It's about how you control your thoughts, it's about how much you focus on what you can control... that is real success and happiness. It is your life, you are the director of it, they're just watching, they're just participating. If you want to feel free, brave and happy then run your own show and never let anyone tell you what to do.
A SECRET REBEL
If you're controlled by your coach and he's not using you in a game, you can still be in control and feel free. Just make sure you have a bold game plan, when he use you in a game... give your all, take as much shots as you can and never give the ball to the star player, that's the only way to make a breakthrough. Just pretend that you are listening to your coach but go the other way. If you have an opportunity to take a big shot... take it even if the risk is very high. Don't be scared of failing, that is the key to greatness. If you're afraid to fail then you already failed, as simple as that. Make sure you take the risk whenever you have a chance to. Always work hard, prepare your body and mind so when the opportunity is there... you are ready to take it.
HARD WORK AND COURAGE PAYS OFF
you can work as hard as you can but if you will not take the risk then there will be no reward. No risk no reward. Hard work pays off but you have to pair it with courage and determination. Look forward for failure after failure, try again and again. Just work as hard as you can to get your dreams and never care about anything else. never care if you fail or succeed, just keep on moving forward.
DON'T LOOK FOR RESULTS LOOK FOR TRANSFORMATION
The real prize is your transformation. Most people can't become happy or feel successful because they always look for external validation, they always look for what they can get or show to the public. They were blinded by the outcome not knowing that real happiness is the process. It's not the destination, it's the journey. Because the real prize is the person that you have become, it's you becoming courageous and hard worker, it's you growing from lazy to a superb worker. There is no shame in working too hard, it's something you need to be proud of. A doer is 100x better than just a watcher. If you're chasing your goals and running your own show then you will grow really big, you will evolve and become 100x better than who you are in the last few years.
