It's not about doing anything, it's not about eating something or taking a scam pill, it's not about a process, it's simply about deprivation. You deprive yourself and you will get stronger. Deprive yourself with junkfood, social media, procrastination, news, porn and you will get stronger in just a short period of time. You are consuming a lot that's why you're so weak, you are wasting a lot of your time and energy for useless things that are only making you worse. If you want to feel stronger then get rid of something that is making your body and mind worse. The little things matter, just a simple walk will make you stronger, just a simple yoga or reading one page of a book will make you better. Deprive yourself of too much pleasures, create a new habit, don't just let the old programming make you a loser. If you wanted to win then you need to do whatever it takes to get to the next level.
you can finish anything
This is the reality of life, you can finish anything, once you start something... you can finish it if you powerthrough. If you face the stress and never give up. Once you begin, keep taking small steps to finish it. Forget the finish line, this is all about the process. You can become a finisher or just a talker, the question is which one are you? Start strong and finish stronger, never give up, never stop when it is hard... keep pushing for more.
GIVE A DEADLY DEADLINE TO YOURSELF
Condition your mind that if you can't finish it then you will become broke or something. Give a deadly deadline to yourself, think that you can no longer make love to your girlfriend if you can't do it. Condition your mind that it is dangerous to procrastinate and that time is running out. You need to be in a sense of urgency mode, always be fast, you can become 3x faster than your current state, it's just a matter of pushing yourself and going all in, stay focused and committed, never stop, never make excuses and never let distraction stop you dorm doing what you are currently doing. Stop judging yourself, you're always thinking that there is something wrong that is why you're always hesitating to take actions.
YOUR CHANGE SHOULD BE INTENTIONAL
if you are trying to change your life, if you are trying to make a breakthrough then the change should be intentional, your intention must be strong. Know what actions are worth taking, improvement is a lifestyle, it is a habit, it is your life, it is your number one priority. At the end of the day this is simple about taking actions, this is about moving and trying, the winners and happiest people are the ones who took an action and never got scared even if failure is flirting with them.
