You're not lazy you're just programmed that way, you did it to yourself. You made it a habit to become slow and a procrastinator. You did it a lot of times that's why it's already ingrained into your system, your mind and body believe that you're lazy and that's why it's manifesting into your reality. The good news is you can change the programming in your life, you can still become a productive individual by forgetting all the things that you did in the past. Create a new habit, get rid of all the activities that are slowing you down. Define all the activities in your life that is making you lazier and lazier each day. You need to get disgusted of yourself if you're not doing something that is useful for today or in the future. You have to slap yourself if you are lazy and just do something that is making you a little bit better. Do it, just do it, just take the first step,
FORGET WHO YOU ARE
Forget that you are lazy, slow, weak and a failure. Forget your past, it's time to create a different you now. It's time to become a different beast. It will only happen if you will disregard the past and create a new version of yourself now. Forget who you are, forget what happened yesterday and focus on doing something great now. Work harder this time, be faster and more hungry. Push yourself to the limits, discipline yourself like a solider that is trying to become a general. You need to go the extra mile and never stop even if you already have a strong foundation. It's all about moving forward and nothing else. Get addicted with the process. Take it one day at a time, one process at a time, step by step... try to go further as much as you can. Never mind all the bad things that happened in the past. Just focus on trying to get better today.
NEVER CARE IF IT IS HARD
Of course it is hard, it is suppose to be hard. What do you want an easier path? that's why the obese community can't trim down their weight for just a pound. It's because they want the results right away, they're thinking about the future instead of focusing on the now. Live in the moment, if you are fat now so be it but don't ever accept that you're going to be like that forever. Focus on the process, whatever you can do now that will build a strong habit to become fit... do it. It can be walking, simply jogging or just dancing any kind of step, for as long as you are sweating a little bit... do it. DO it everyday, do it even if it's Christmas, never rest, you have to stick with the process even if it's not giving any result. It may take months or even years to see a small result but that's ok. Always remind yourself that you are not building a result here, you are building a strong mentality. Because when you are doing something for a very long time... you will feel good about yourself even if you're not seeing any results yet. You have to keep going no matter what, do it for months and years without stopping. The result will come naturally, you will notice it, the change will happen. And the reality is... the mindset is the best result, your mentality, your consistency is the best reward you can get. Not the perfect body, not the money, not the appreciation from other people... it's your mentality. It's knowing that you can work hard anytime you want to, it's knowing that you can overcome any challenge of life because you were hardened by the process that you're doing everyday.
GO BACK TO THE PROCESS
Whenever you find yourself doing something stupid and useless again... stop it and go back to the process right away. Forgive yourself and move on, stop feeling guilty and go back to the process. It's a fight, your momentum will always top and it's your duty to bring it back and make running again. You are not perfect, allow yourself to make some mistakes and go back to the process again. Rebuild again, start again, grind again, there's nothing wrong with getting lost a little bit. You need to find your way back and do what is needed. If you really wanted to change then you need to force yourself to take actions whenever you're feeling lazy. Again, focus on the continuation, focus on the journey and not on the result. Life is a journey, success is a journey, you just need to keep going no matter what. Greatness is simply moving forward all the time and doing whatever it takes to get to the next level. It's not about how good you are, it's about how committed you are.
LOVE YOURSELF
Loving yourself means there's no regrets. No shame or guilt in the past, you forgive yourself and you move on. You accept all your mistakes and remind yourself that you're just a human being who is allowed to become sinful and a failure. It's ok if you did a lot of terrible things in the past, you will never become the person you are today without your past. So burry it and never think about it anymore. What matters is what you're doing today, if you're doin good today and not wasting your time then you're good, there is nothing else to worry about. You can never do anything about your past anymore, you can never change it, all you can do is learn from it. Never forget the lesson, just take it one day at a time and keep pushing forward to know the truth. Go further so you will know what you are made of. Never care about failing again, look for bigger risks with bigger rewards.
