HOW TO SMASH YOUR PROBLEMS


People were depressed, acting like a victim, acting like they have a mental health issue because they don't know how to smash their problems. They stay in bed for a long time, they overthink, they think that there is something wrong with their lives not knowing that the only thing they need to do is breathe. You become angry, sad and irritated because you're rushing to make yourself feel better. The only way to defeat your problems is to face it and feel it. Don't look forward to solve it right away, learn to enjoy the baby steps. Get busy and never stop, you should only sleep when you're really tired, don't over sleep, don't over think, don't over eat. Just deal with your problems and think of it as a game. Life is easy if you will never act like a victim, stop looking for sympathy, stop making dramas on social media letting everyone know why the world was so unfair to you. Life is really unfair, people whom you thought are helping you were just laughing at your back, they really don't care. Stop looking for attention and solve your problem by being positive and being strong. The best helper you can get is yourself, not an expensive doctor, not a fake friend, not likes from social media. 

FIND A WAY HOW TO MAKE IT WORK

Make it work buy pushing and doing something. Stay busy, it doesn't matter if it really work or not, what matters is you are trying to make it work. If you need to do it forever so be it but don't ever give up. If you can say and promise to yourself that you will never give up no matter what then you already won. Don't look for an easier path, don't look for fast success. Just stick with the process and give everything you've got, as simple as that. Don't delay the process, don't delay the work, you have to make a stand to do it now. Do it and never stop, once you start... keep going no matter what. Do whatever it takes to become successful. It doesn't matter if it's really boring, it doesn't matter if it's too repetitive. What matters is you are moving and you have no plans of stopping. 

JSUT SURVIVE THIS DAY

Don't do anything stupid that you will regret in the end, don't make the situation worse, don't berserk, don't punch anyone, don't drink, quiet your mind and just survive this day. If you can't make a progress then don't make it worse, just maintain it and try again tomorrow, tomorrow will be a better day, more chances, another day to prove how strong you are. You can find a way, just be patient and never give up, just keep moving forward and never think that you can't do anything about it. Of course you can do something about it, just stick with the process and never do something that will make it harder for you. All you need to do is weather the storm, sometimes you just need to wait and soon the problems will be over. 

KNOWING THAT YOU CAN MOVE IS ENOUGH

Believing and knowing that you can move is enough. Moving is the cure to any problem. Exercise is the best medication to depression and obesity. Moving will solve your mental health. It's not the result, it's not controlling the future, it's not the security... it's knowing that you can move no matter what. You can do something, you can change the outcome of your life. Something is changing when you're moving, you just can't see it yet because you want to see it fast. Learn to be patient while moving, the momentum is changing, your attitude is changing, the people around you is treating you better. They will respect you if you're a doer and not just a talker. 

IT'S EASY TO GET STRONGER WHEN YOU'RE WEAK

If you're struggling good, you can build a strong character through that. If you're broke good, you can build a new smarter financial habit with that. If you're depressed good, you can become stronger by stopping being a drama princess. It's easy to get stronger when you're weak. It's easy to get on top when you're at the rock bottom. It's hard to build a character when you're already at the top because there's no need to become strong anymore. You can build a stronger character through weakness and pain, be happy if you're feeling low right now because after that is a new you, you can only change if you will face all of your problems and do something positive about it. Face the pain, don't hide away from it, feel it and learn how to transform it into a stronger energy. You can build a stronger character if you will learn to discipline yourself and avoid all the things that makes you sick and weak. It's better to stop while the temptation is there. It's better to start a healthy diet when you have all the unhealthy foods on the table, ignore it all. It's better to start running when your favorite TV show is on air, leave it and wear your shoes and start running. It's better to save money while you have a lot of extra, it's better to avoid buying when your favorite jacket is on sale. The harder to get discipline, the better, you will become mentally tougher when temptations is around but you choose to make the right decision. It's all about speed, you will never become successful if you keep on delaying things, you have to believe in the power of now, stop believing that you can do it later or tomorrow. Stop negotiating with yourself, start now and never let temptations ruin the process of getting better. If you wanted to become a beat then it's time to do what is hard.
