If you did a lot of stupid stuffs today, if you didn't do anything good, if all you did was laziness and procrastination and you feel guilty... Just relax, you're still in the game, just stop the BS now and do something positive. Forgive yourself right away and go back to basics, start the process again and never think about the past anymore. What is done is done, it's alright, you're just a human being and you will make mistakes and get undisciplined along the way. It's a battle between you and you only.
FOCUS ON WHAT IS MAKING YOU STRONGER AND FASTER
Success is about speed and power. It's not about talent nor support system... it's about speed and power. Build your speed and power today. The power to believe in yourself, the power to persevere, the will power to discipline yourself and take actions. Be a fast starter, don't think twice if you're going to do it and just do it. Finish it and follow through, do a lot of repetitions. Repeat the process over and over again until you become a master of it. Drop everything that is making you slow and weak. The only thing that will make you faster is by enjoying pain. Repetition is the key, start something fast and repeat it a million times. There will be days when you don't want to do it anymore but if you really wanted to become great then you need to repeat it again, make your body sore, face the stress, deal with the difficulty and learn how to love the process. Always think that you are getting better whenever you are repeating it. Believe that you are getting stronger. Laziness will make you slow, hard work will make you stronger and faster, there is no cheat code to greatness, it's simply repetition and not giving up.
SURVIVE THE GOOD HABIT
Just do what you did yesterday, even if it's late... survive the good habit. You can do it lesser but you have to do it today. If you're too tired to exercise because it's already 5 am, just run for a few mins, you can do some simple exercises, the key here is to survive the habit and never think that you can just do it tomorrow. If you can't do it now then you can't do it tomorrow. Survive the good habit now, create a momentum, one small momentum is enough to keep the fire burning. Just do it without even thinking, start it now no matter how much you feel bad. A small momentum is enough to keep you on the right track. No matter how heavy you feel... pull the trigger, forget the time, forget the consequences and just do it. It's not that hard, if you can become very good in pushing yourself to move then you will become extra ordinary.
WATCH YOUR ACTIONS
You can upgrade your speed by watching your actions. Define the useless actions and get rid of them, never do them again, promise to yourself that you will only do things that will help you to get to another level. Watch what you are doing and watch yourself if you're about to do some stupid thing. The key to greatness is to simply stop doing BS, you don't need to become a workhorse for 24 hours a day, you just need to cut all the BS so that you will have more energy. If you will stop doing a lot of useless stuffs that takes away most of your energy then you will become unstoppable, you will have more strength for difficult tasks. Have no room for useless activities because it's making you weak and slow and you didn't realize it. Maybe you realize it a little bit but you can't accept that it's failing you because you're enjoying it too much. Once you catch yourself doing something that is outside of your goal... slap yourself and go back to work. You need to be fully committed if you really wanted to make a progress.
DON'T ASK IF THE CHALLENGE IS HARD
Don't ask if the task is long, don't ask if the challenge is hard, don't ask if your opponent is strong, ask yourself... are you going to give your best no matter how hard the challenge is? some people are only good when they see that the test is very easy, they're only feeling good and comfortable if they knew they're going to win. What if you're the underdog? what if your chances if winning is very slim? are you still going to take the challenge? are you still going to give your best? Don't look for an easier path and just decide that you're going to give your very best no matter what. You don't need an easier challenge, you need the tenacity and perseverance to keep going. Because once you get used to an easier life... everything else will become hard. It's because you're not familiar with the difficult tests, you become soft because of the easier path.
IT DOESN'T MATTER IF YOU ARE SLOW
It's ok if you are slow, just don't waste your time for nothing. Make sure you are using your time to put yourself on a better position to succeed. Because you will feel more guilty if you are just wasting your time. You will feel like a loser if you knew you could have done better but you didn't. Just take it one step at a time, breathe if you can no longer move, rest for a few seconds and then go back to work again. Enjoy being slow but focused and consistent. You don't need to do a lot, you just need to do what is important and fully trust the process. Enjoy the boredom, enjoy the plainness of your life. It is what it is, if you really want it then you need to enjoy the pain of doing no so entertaining activities.
