HOW TO CHANGE YOUR LIFE WITH LITTLE EFFORT

I know you want to change your life that is why you are changing this, are you sick and tired of living the same life over and over again? Your life can change in an instant, you can even do it with a little effort. All it takes is consistency and a mindset. Once you made up your mind that you're going to change... change, as simple as that. Stop thinking about anything else, stop thinking about how are you going to do it... just go to your vision and make it real. It's simple abut knowing what you want and putting all of your energies and effort into it. The reason why you can't change is because you're too much busy, your mind is too crowded, you're thinking too much and that's why you can't even execute. Decide what you want to do with your life and stop doing something else that are not even related to your hopes and dreams. All it takes is dedication, all it takes is the willpower to change your life. Sometimes you will really feel uncomfortable but keep in mind that the more you get uncomfortable the more you will become comfortable in the end.

Just be consistent, be mindful and be aware of what you're doing. Imagine you have a guard at your back watching you if you're doing the right thing or not. Imagine your conscience or future you is strictly watching you and not allowing all the time wasting activities in your life. You can move slow, you can do it at your own pace, you don't need to rush but you need to stay lock in, you need to be 100 percent focus, that laser like focus should never fade or get weak. It's just a matter of how bad do you want it. Do you like your dreams or spending your hours for television? do you want to change your life or do you want to simply waste your time in messenger? do you want to get rich and healthy or do you want to eat a lot of junk foods and stay lazy? You have to choose here, you can't choose both, you really have to show the universe that you want it so bad so that you will be rewarded for the consistent effort that you are doing everyday.

ALWAYS CATCH YOURSELF

Catch yourself if what you're doing is not in alignment of who you really are and what you wanted to be. It's simply being mindful and aware if you're wasting so much time. You can do more if you will just cut the things that are slowing you down. Things like facebook, you tube, gossips, television. These things are not bad at all but if you're wasting a lot of time for these things then you're in huge trouble. Sometimes you will get addicted to things that you really don't want but you're still engaging with it because your mind was already programmed and there is nothing you can do about it anymore, the outside influences were controlling you. The more you catch a lot of activities and things that are related to instant gratification and turn them into delayed gratification... you will go very far, you can become really really big. It's simply about disciplining yourself. You can do a lot of things with your precious time. The only problem with you is you think your time is unlimited and that's why you're wasting a lot of it. But in the end you will learn that you only have limited amount of time in this world and when you realize it... your time is over, it's game over for you, you're already weak and old, you're already sick, you're already about to give up. So while you're still strong and capable of achieving some greatness... do what you need to do. Just give your best, it's too simple and easy, all you have to do is admit to yourself what is right or wrong and do what is right. It will be uncomfortable but discomfort is a good thing, it means there is a big progress that is happening.

CHANGE WILL ONLY HAPPEN IF YOU WILL LEARN HOW TO MANIPULATE YOUR MIND

From a doubter to a believer, from stagnancy to continuity, from being scared to facing your fears. It's all in the mind, if you can control your mind and simply believe that change is possible if you work hard and always think positive then change will happen. Manipulate your mind, feed it the right thoughts that will serve you and will make you strong. Throw away all of the information that is making you slow and unmotivated. Motivation can happen everyday, every minute or every second if you will be mindful of what is coming in and out of your brain. It's ok if you got distracted a little bit but always make sure that you will come back to your rhythm, be fast in going back on track and doing what is best for your life. If you can discipline yourself to do what should be done then you can make a very rapid pace of improvement.

Because some things were so easy to do but you can't do it because you're stopping yourself, you're always thinking that it's and impossible. But if you will just start and keep moving forward then you will achieve a lot of things and make huge leaps towards success.

Changing your life is not too complicated, all you need to have is dedication and commitment, the willingness to sacrifice and go the extra mile. Just do it, embrace discomfort, embrace the pain, embrace the pressure. It's all worth it in the end, you will become accustomed to those feelings, you will learn to accept that it's not that easy but it's possible, possible if you don't change your mind when you feel irritated and frustrated. The results will come, no hard work has not been unrewarded, no effort with great energy failed. You will get what you want and live the life you want to have if you stay committed to the process. Always think that anything is possible, if they can change then you can change too, as simple as that. It's all about conditioning your brain, entertaining the right thoughts and doing the best actions to change your life.

FORCE THE CHANGE

Force the change regardless of how you feel, force it, feel it and never go back to your old self. You can do it if you really want to change. Just take it one step at a time, do it over and over again, solidify yourself as a man who really wanted the change. Anything is possible if you will use your willpower.
