If you're constantly lost not knowing what to do with your everyday life, if you're always looking for the best gameplan, look no further, the best game plan is simply stop wasting time. The truth is you need to become productive and effective everyday, you just need to do one positive thing and then follow it through. You just need to stay positive while working hard and that's it. Because you will only become negative if you're wasting a lot of time, you will get lost, you will get lazier, your body will become rusty and heavy. That's why you need to stop the mindless scrolling on social media and start making yourself useful and effective. You need to stop focusing on the useless things and start putting all of your energy and attention to something that will make your life a little bit better. You know what to do you're just not doing it because it is boring and hard.
IT'S SIMPLY ABOUT THIS
Always build the right habits every single second, define what do you want to be and what you need to do and embody it every single day, you need to be aggressive on taking actions and stop hesitating when it's uncomfortable, face the discomfort and do whatever it takes to get to the next level, as simple as that. There is no magic formula to success... you just need to go hard and push yourself to the limits, you just need to maximize your time and use all of your energy for something that is more useful. Stop all the nonsense in your life and put pressure on yourself to get better. Stop taking your chances for granted and create your own opportunity, everyday is a chance to get better, everyday you can make something great, you just need to step up and stop wasting your time on things that will only make your life worse. Just because it is fun, easy and entertaining doesn't mean it's making you happy. Instant gratification is a trap, it's making you entertained for a moment but it will make your life worse and ugly in the long run. You have to make a stand now to stop wasting your time and just do the right steps to get ahead in life.
GET RID OF ALL THE THINGS THAT ARE ENTERTAINING YOU
Games, watching TV, scrolling on social media, minding your neighbor's business, gossiping, commenting etc. These activities were all garbage but you're having a lot of fun with them. If you will sum up all the time you use for these activities you will be stunned because it is a lot. If you want your life to get better then you need to stop the madness now, stop the stupidity now and get better. Little by little change your habits, all you need to do is stop giving yourself instant gratification, do what is hard... that's the only way to get better. Stop using all of your energy for stupid thing that doesn't matter at all. You need to start building the right habits that will give you a small progress. Wake up because you've been sleeping for a long time, you need to make a stand, discipline yourself, control your mind or else you will be controlled to an ugly direction. Every time you find yourself about to start something that is nonsense and fun... stop yourself right away, guide yourself to the right path.
JUST DO SOMETHING
If you need to exercise just run, don't look for shoes, don't look for a stupid and greedy coach, don't look for comfort, don't look for equipment... just run. If you need some money then just look for a job or sell something. Watch yourself all the time, never let your discipline be broken by instant gratification. Success is simply a process, it's a change, you need to change your character from a bum to a doer, take massive actions and you will be surprised with what you will get. Just trust the process and never give up, keep going, keep moving forward and never slack off even for a short time, make yourself a beast by working super hard and being fast, if you need to do something.. do it now without thinking twice. All you need to do is take the first step and then follow through, if you can become a fast starter then you will become unstoppable, as simple as that. Just do something, start and never worry about the future. You will be able to create the life that you want if you will focus on the now.
Don't stay too relaxed and thinking that everything is in control, you need to be on a sense of urgency. It's simply about developing your ability to focus, define what you want and be relentless in getting it. Don't be a chicken, take matters into your own hands and do whatever it takes to succeed. Evolve, face the discomfort, embrace the pain because every negative is essential too for your evolution. Never care about how you feel and just do something, never care about your emotions because it's only stopping you from taking actions. If you really want it, if you really want to improve then you will stop holding yourself back and start doing something positive. Go all the way, if you're going to try... go all the way and never care about anything else that is slowing you down. You need to become fast, decisive, bold and aggressive, just do it and never care about what's going to happen next.
VALUE YOUR TIME
It's what you do with your time that determines your fate, value your time like it's the most important thing in the world. If you can respect your time and use it for only valuable activities then you will become unstoppable, you will be able to do more, you will get faster and better. Value your time like you value your life, don't be afraid to get tired, overuse yourself chasing what needs to be chased, value your time and never squander any second. Having this kind of mentality will take you to greater heights. Because if you will not value your time you will regret it in the end, it will backfire at you, you will have a lot of missed opportunities, you could have been better two or three times more but you only got worse. You have to feel guilty and ashamed of yourself every time you waste your time for things that are not even making you evolve mentally and physically. Your skills will only get better if you will use your time the right way.
That's it, prioritize the more valuable activities, prioritize getting better. Sometimes you don't need to do something, you just need to stop yourself from doing something that is fun but useless and your mind will try to pick up a new activity that is more meaningful and helpful. Just don't do the same old routine over and over again, you need to learn how to stop sabotaging yourself and it can only be done through watching all of your thoughts and actions. If something is stopping you, making you weak, making you feel bad, making you slow then stop it. You need to go to the other direction to produce a better result in your life. The game plan for today is really that simple, you just need to implement it.
