Going hard is not for the money, results, fame etc. Going hard is for yourself, you're making yourself better and you're trying to see your full potential. You're not taking anything for granted and you're doing whatever it takes to get to the next level. It's for you, don't work hard for other people, do it for yourself, do it because you're making yourself a different beast by doing it, do it because it's putting you on a better position to succeed. Every step, every thought, every action is either making you better or worse, it's really up to you. Just move forward and you will never feel bad again. People feel stuck and depressed because they're focused on being stuck and weak. You need to do something that will somehow give you a small momentum to avoid the feeling of stuck. Happiness and success is simply about moving forward, embrace the suck and make your situation better. Just be fast, just keep doing what you're doing even if you're not getting the results that you are expecting. It's much better to be moving forward than not doing anything at all. It's better to be doing something positive rather than thinking negative all day long. You have to decide that you're going to take actions forever, you have to start now and be the best that you can be. With actions your mind will go sane, with actions your mind will go insane, as simple as that. So stop holding yourself back and pull the trigger all day long, stop hesitating, stop overthinking and give everything you've got.
WELCOME THE DISCOMFORT
If you're trying to resist the sacrifice you need to make in order to get better then you will become stuck forever. If you're not doing something that is hard in order to improve then you will become weak, you need to push yourself and do what you don't want to do in order to make a breakthrough. Do as much as possible whenever you feel down, tired, pressured or weak. If you can force yourself to take actions during feeling negative emotions then you will be able to upgrade your skills and mentality. Impose your will, you need to focus on what you can do, focus on the little things that you can do instead of making dramas and blaming other people. You should feel comfortable even if it's uncomfortable, laugh at the downtime moments, smile when it's hard and keep moving forward, this will make you invincible and powerful. Embracing your feelings and not shying away from it will give you an unbelievable energy that will keep you going until you finally made it. Discomfort is simply a sign to move forward, whenever you feel so bad, scared or anxious... move forward and do the best thing you can do. Never waste your time overthinking, just pull the trigger and keep moving forward no matter what.
Just do the next step fast without thinking or over analyzing, just take the next step without caring about what's going to happen next, that's how to give yourself a chance to succeed, that's how you set yourself free. Because thinking too much is only making you weak and slow, it's only setting yourself up for failure. Everything you do is right, there is not mistake if you're intention is to get better and win. Stop judging yourself that you're not making a progress, you have to believe in the work that you put in. If you're consistent for a very long time then there's no need to worry, you will win in just a matter of time, you just need to keep going and keep trusting the process.
Keep going even if nothing good is happening, always look for that little space where you can move. Don't stop, don't think that you've had enough, just keep hammering it until the bitter ends. Because that is the only way to make a breakthrough... don't stop until you made a progress.
USE YOUR BEST THINKING
It's your thoughts that controls your emotions, it's your actions that regulates your thoughts. Instead of crying like useless clown in the corner why not treat yourself? why not make yourself better through training, studying, practicing or doing something positive? stop thinking like a victim, stop acting so weak because that's now who you are. It's better to become an optimistic rather than being a pessimistic because it will affect your productivity. Think positively and never blame anything or anyone why you are losing, use your best thinking all the time and never hold yourself back, never think that you are limited, always think that anything is possible if you stay calm, positive and work hard. Nothing is impossible if you believe, just believe it and always pull the trigger, as simple as that.
POWER IS PSYCHOLOGY
It's not the money nor the results, it's not the fame or having millions of followers and power of control.. it's your mind, if you can control your mind then you can keep moving forward as simple as that. Use your mind, only cater the right thoughts to produce the right actions. Use the power of your mind, your psychology is very important so be aware of what you're thinking all the time. If you have a strong mind then you can take actions even if you are tired, stress or scared. You will stay calm and still do what you need to do. So look at your mind, what is running inside of it? if you can't control your mind and your infested with negativity then you will never be able to control your life. You need to protect your mind and feed it only with the right thoughts that will make you productive, positive and motivated. And even if you're not motivated at all, even if you're lacking the energy and desire... never let negativity control you.
All you need to do is stop. Stop worrying, top the bad habits, stop thinking negatively, stop procrastinating and wasting your time. Stop focusing no instant pleasures and entertainment, stop thinking about the past, stop being slow. If you can stop all these things then you will become unstoppable. Always step on the gas no matter what.
JUST BELIEVE IN CONSISTENCY
No matter how long it takes, no matter how hard it gets or how bad it gets... just do it everyday. Stay consistent and never give up, never stop and never quit, as simple as that. Consistency can overtake everything, consistency will bring you to the top. Keep trusting the process, keep working harder each day and never let your confidence go down when you're losing. Your confidence should come from your hard work and consistency. Do something for ten straight years and you will become a master of it, you will not be denied, you will prevail and take control. You will get on top, just trust the process and never miss a single day, even if it's Christmas... do it and win.
