DON'T LOOK FOR COMFORT WHEN YOU'RE STRESSED




The antidote for stress is to feel it, don't run away from it... feel it. Don't numb it by smoking, drinking, watching porn, eating a lot of junkfood, playing a video game or doing an endless scrolling on social media. You have to embrace it, feel it second by second, look it in its eyes and never try to escae it. The more you try to numb it with pleasures and instant gratification... the stronger it gets. You can never escape it so the only thing to do is face it, feel it, breathe and accept it. Accept that you're feeling that way and avoid complaining, avoid making dramas, avoid blaming anything or anyone... just feel it with all your senses and realize that it's just a feeling, it's making you stronger than yesterday, it's making you grow. The more you feel it... the weaker it becomes. Stress is reminding you to be aware of the moment, be present and relax. You can still work, you can still move but always choose to relax. Because looking for comfort is only making you weak and stressed even more, stop looking for it, it will come naturally if you embrace the pain. Stress happens when you know you need to do something but you're not doing it, in your mind there is a necessity to do the important things but you feel stuck and frozen.

PAIN IS ONLY IN THE MIND

Your unrealistic expectations, your wanting to rush the moment, you wanted to escape the situation and that's why you're feeling the pain even more. You need to appreciate your situation, breathe and do something positive. If there is something you can do at the moment... do it without even thinking. You're always overthinking that's why you can do anything. You can only love the challenge or any type of challenge if you believe that it is making you stronger. 

STOP COMPLAINING LIKE A BITCH

Just do the work, stop being a diva, stop complaining and just do the work. You're too soft that's why you can't get the job done. If you will force yourself to go harder then you will get more, as simple as that. Stop complaining, stop acting like it's not your fault, of course it is your fault, you have to get better and faster, you have to go harder all the time if you want to get better results.

BUILD THORUGH DISCIPLINE

You can never build through science, techniques, plans or specific drills. You can only build through self discipline. Once you stop wasting your time, you will be able to do the right things that you need in order to become successful. The problem with you is not that you don't know, your biggest problem is you know but you're not doing it. You're pretending to not know to excuse yourself from failing. But the truth is you know it but you don't have the willpower to execute. 

FOCUS ON THE SMALL GAINS

Small gains everyday, small improvement, small success, just finish the task and then go for another one. It's all about appreciating the small that will make you big. Your biggest problem is you want to get big right away and that's why you couldn't even take a small action. You want big that's why you are always lost and overwhelmed. But if you will just take it one step at a time, take it one day at a time, be a fast decision maker and take actions and soon you will see that you're already on a different level. You can never do something big right away, it takes time and effort, you need to remind yourself that all you have to do is take actions now, one small action and then follow through as much as you can. You will become faster and more productive if you will be patient and enjoy the little gains that you are making. 

GET DIRTY

Do it, make mistakes, force fate, move forward as much as you can and never stay on the same place for a long time. Force the issue, use your willpower and never let anything stop you. 

JUST DON'T BE A PUNK

You've been dreaming about big things, you're thinking about big money, you think you deserve something but the truth is you're a punk. The trick in success is to stop wasting time, that's it. You know if you're wasting time, you should be aware of it all the time. If you can just make yourself very productive today then you already won. Most people are complaining that they lack the time to achieve big things but the truth is they spend most of their time on social media scrolling about nonsense topics that will not even help them. Stop being a punk and you will improve, stop wasting time and energy for useless activities that will only make you weak and broke. You're better than that, use your mind the right way, stop giving too much attention to people and events that will never take you to another level. Stop being a clown, you should be aware if you're playing around and not taking your chances seriously. Every day is a chance to get better, don't take any day for granted, use it to make yourself a better person than yesterday. It's on you, if you want to become a punk forever so be it but don't ever complain, don't blame anyone, don't make excuses, don't lie to yourself and everyone, admit that you did it to yourself, admit that you are a failure by choice and not by fate. The best game plan is to never waste a single second starting now, you will be surprise at how much you have finished for today. Guard yourself if you're about to do something stupid or useless and stop yourself right away, you need to be good on watching your own activity. Because all of the failures in the world were not aware of what they're doing, they just simply go with the flow, they let their bad habits control them, they're not fully aware that what they're doing is bad because they're enjoying it too much. If you need to rest then rest but don't ever open your cellphone, don't play games or do something that will take too much of your time, do nothing, just breathe and recover.
