People think that it's age, nature, environment, bad luck, unfair treatment, disrespectful people and other things that makes them weak. They don't know that they are weak because of they're stupid vices. They don't know that the are losing because of their useless habits. Winning is simply a habit, it's a lifestyle, it's dedication and sacrifices, it's doing what you hate so that you can get what you love. If you are feeling weak don't look at your injuries, excuses, environment, boss, country, problems etc. Look at your habits, look at what you've been doing everyday, look at your mind... where are you focusing on? what is your dominant thought? what are the things that eats a lot of your time and energy. If you can make an honest inventory of yourself then you will know why are you losing and going down. Start looking at yourself closely and you will know the root of your weakness.
DON'T DO SOME WEAK STUFFS
Accept that you're a different animal now, you decide that you are going to do something different today. You already decided that you will no longer entertain weak stuffs and you will commit to greatness. Accept that life is harder now, no more comfort, no more stupid entertainment that weakens your willpower. Your life is all about moving forward now and doing whatever it takes to win. You're a different beast, you're cut from a different cloth and you will stop all the things that distracts you in an instant, you never care if you are bored, you never care if it is uncomfortable... you will just do it because you really believe that there is a greatness inside of you. You can only achieve greatness if you will do what most people can do and stay consistent for the rest of your life. Stop being a kid who wants to eat candies right away, stop being tempted too easily, you need to control yourself. Control your mind, control your thoughts, control your actions in order to have a better life.
You have to define what makes you weak and eliminate all of them in your life. These are laziness, junk foods, stupid entertainment, social media, gossiping, procrastination, spending money for nonsense stuffs, focusing on other people. These habits are making you weak, slow and broke. If you want to have a better life then you better accept that you are destroying yourself, accept that it's your fault and it's on you if you want to change. It's very simple... practice stopping rewarding yourself every now and then, you think you've done something great and that's why you are rewarding yourself with laziness and instant pleasures that makes you dumb and weak.
STRENGTH IS DEPRIVATION
Strength is making sacrifices, it's practicing delayed gratification. It's focusing on not wasting your time and doing what is needed in order to get to the next level. It's avoiding entertaining distractions, it's doing what is best to make yourself better in order to get to the best position to succeed. You stop consuming things that will make you broke, you stop doing things that are fun but useless. Strength is doing what is hard and avoiding stuffs that will make you worse. Because it's not only studying, preparing and doing what is best that will make you strong... it's also unlearning the bad habits that are putting you last on the line. You need to become strong in disciplining yourself, dominate this day through deprivation. Avoid the foods that makes you weak, avoid the activities that eats a lot of your time but makes you dumb, avoid everything that is easy but putting you to the lower level. Never care about your emotions, never satisfy yourself, focus on doing what you hate but useful, focus on getting better every single day and never look for improvements right away. Accept that getting stronger is a process, it's a journey that never ends.
HAVE MORE TIME FOR YOURSELF
You have a lot of time for stupid celebrities, useless influencers, other people and that's why you can'\t become strong. You are more worry about their problems instead of focusing on your own life that's why you're lost and unhappy. If you will only worry about your life then you will get stronger, you will do a lot of things that will strengthen your mind, body and soul. They key to greatness is very simple... have more time for yourself, enjoy yourself, groom yourself and strive to achieve the best version of you. This will be done through training, studying, chasing goals, studying your mind and replacing all the bad habits that are ruining your growth. The time you've wasted is unbelievable, you're giving your time for others for free but it doesn't help you at all to evolve. You need to use all of your time for yourself and goals only in order to become a savage, you need to stop getting interested to stupid stuffs that doesn't help you to grow. Growing should be done everyday, it's either you grow or you die... what do you want?
BE FAST AND YOU WILL GET STRONGER
To become strong you need to work harder, in order to work harder you need to get stronger. If you need to do something... do it without hesitating, just do it and never stop until you're done, as simple as that. Just start fast and finish strong. The truth is it doesn't take too much strength to pull the trigger, you can move anytime you want to, you just need to decide that you're going to do it no matter what. Push yourself to move even if it feels so uncomfortable. Nothing can stop you if you will choose to become unstoppable, you will become a force if you stop wasting your time for useless stuffs that makes you lazier each day. Some activities are making you lazier and lazier and you need to get rid of them if you want to thrive in life You have to start disciplining yourself now, be strict, be committed and never let anything seduce you. Protect your mind from uselessness, become selfish with your time, remind yourself that every second it's either you are getting better or worse with one small decision.
