DISREGARD YOUR EMOTIONS

 

After all, when all things are said and done... your emotions doesn't matter at all. Nobody cares if you feel bad, nobody cares if you got hurt. Your boss that fires you doesn't care if you feel bad, your ex girlfriend who left you doesn't mind if you're crying, your neighbor doesn't mind if they are disturbing you. Your enemy doesn't care if he hurts you. Your emotions doesn't matter at all. Your idol doesn't care if you got hurt because he ignores your request for an autograph, your teacher doesn't mind if he gave you a D-, nobody cares if you're hurting so why give too much importance on your emotions?. A serial killer will never care if your family cries once he beheaded you. What you feel is nothing, never care about it too much because being too emotional will never give you an advantage, it's stopping you and putting you on a bad position. Emotions are overrated, most people make it a big deal if they feel bad, they're making dramas and always looking for a sympathy. 

IF YOU WANT TO FEEL MUCH BETTER

Don't wish to get what you want, do something to get it. Most people were depressed, overwhelmed and stuck because they want to get their wishes right away, they want to change their lives so fast and if it can't happen... they feel so bad, they can't take actions anymore. If you want to fee better... take it one step at a time, finish it little by little and never think about the future. Never rush, never take shortcuts, just deal with it. Feel it, be in the moment and let your mind be still. Just take actions, focus on moving forward and all of the negative feelings will go away, trust me on that. It doesn't matter if you're late, it doesn't matter if you're left behind, it doesn't matter if you don't have the confidence... what matters is you move forward and you don't stop. Forget your emotion and just take action, that's the key. 

LOVE EVERY FEELING YOU HAVE

May it be positive or negative... love every feeling you have. It's all you can do to feel better, always think that it's just an emotion and your interpretation of it makes it better or worse. If you can appreciate any feeling then it's easier to live and survive, it will be easier to thrive. Because at the end of the day you can never resist any emotion, the more you resist it the more it will become stronger. Have peace with it, don't wish for it to go away... feel it and never give it any deeper meaning, treat it like a normal thing. Always remind yourself that you're a human being and you're suppose to feel negative, it's part of your life. 

Every time you're hating what you feel, every time you're resisting... you're only amplifying the pain. Don't try to change your feelings because it will not change, it will persist if you resist. Just feel it, you can be scared or worried or anxious for unknown reason but the only way to make these negative feelings go away is to feel it. Feel it until it can no longer make you worried. 

YOU CAN TAKE ACTIONS EVEN IF YOU'RE DEPRESSED

Just because you are depressed doesn't mean you are allowed to become lazy and useless. Just because you feel bad doesn't mean you're excuse to slack off and become a bastard forever. Because the truth is your emotions were overrated, you dwell on it too much but it's not giving you anything, it's making your life worse. Ignore it and you will become happier, don't get too emotional about something that's not even important. You don't need motivation, you don't need a fake guru to cheer you up and advise you fake techniques that doesn't even work, you don't need someone to make you feel better and appreciated, you don't need anything to give you hope. You just need to decide that you're going to move no matter what. Be good in dragging yourself to take actions, be strong, force yourself because that's the only choice you've got to feel better, if you're taking actions then slowly you will feel better and confident... how good was that? Just take the first step, draw the first blood and you don't have to worry anymore. 

Stop using your depression as an excuse, stop making dramas. If you want to heal your stupid heart then just move, go with the flow, make sure the flow is right and positive. Just do something and never look at the future. Be in the moment, stay still and just feel life, love yourself, take care of yourself, groom yourself and try to become the best version of yourself. Calmness is powerful, if you can move forward while being calm and trusting life then you will be ok, there is a big chance that you will become very happy and successful. Stillness of the mind, chasing a dream but not caring about the outcome will make you powerful. Chase an impossible dream and never mind if you fail, at least you have a direction, at least you're not going down. Because you're already going up once you're chasing something, you're on the right path. 

HAPPINESS IS NOT THE KEY

Happiness is not the key to satisfaction and peace of mind. It's you knowing that you can handle all pain and fear no matter what. It's you being ok experiencing havoc everyday, it's you having the understanding that everything will be fine no matter what. Happiness is overrated, there are millions of people who lived hundreds of years not being happy. So it means you can live not being happy, what's the difference between being happy and sad? you're still alive even if you're sad and that's a big reason to be happy about. If you're sad then for sure you will become happy tomorrow or later, you just need to wait, emotions will change you don't need to teach it, just wait and be patient... you will become happy in just a matter of time.
