YOU'RE ALMOST THERE WHEN IT'S PAINFUL

Keep going even if it's already painful, keep going even if you think that you can't go anymore. Greatness means facing the pain, greatness means ignoring your negative emotion and going forward. Go further and further, push yourself to the limits, forget your aching body, forget your stressed mind... you will feel relieve once you take the next step. Embrace the exhaustion, embrace the inevitability of not getting anything despite of giving everything. Don't be like everyone who were almost there but give up in the end, all you need to do is take the next step, one more stop after the other. You will never believe how far you've come by simply not giving up. Always remind yourself that you're almost there when it's painful so you don't have the right to stop. Keep moving forward all the time and never stop, forget everything else and focus on your dreams. It's really uncomfortable, it's really painful but so what? pain doesn't count. For every pain there is progress and improvement, just feel it and be happy with it, appreciate pain, appreciate boredom and discomfort... there is a big reward waiting for you if you don't quit.

FOCUS ON WHAT YOU WANT AND NOT ON YOUR PAIN

Ask yourself if do you really want it, ask yourself if you are really willing to go the extra mile and give your all just to have it. Focus on your vision, always think that it will be yours if you just don't quit and keep doing the process. Your pain is tricking you, you feel that it's painful because you're crying too much about it, but if you were able to focus on the better things... your pain will subside. So remind yourself what you really want, ask yourself if you really want it or not. You're almost there, just take one step after the other and entertain yourself while moving forward. Don't look to finish fast, learn how to enjoy every step, have fun while pushing, relax because you have a long way to go and the only way to avoid quitting is to have fun with every step that you are doing.

If you can just focus on what you want and never think abut anything else then you will never notice that you're tired, you will found that new energy to keep pushing for more. Think about what you want wile working, see the images of your dreams, feel that it's already happening, imagine you are becoming closer and closer from it. 

PAIN WILL ONLY GO AWAY IF YOU EMBRACE IT

Embrace it, don't wish for it to go away because the moment you do that... the more pain will try to irritate you, it will make you suffer even more. Embrace it and pretend that you're loving it, learn to adapt with it and never give up. You will become a different beast if you don't give up, you will see the best version of yourself if you adapt with that pain and keep fighting until the end. Pain will become weak if you learn how to embrace it, learn how to live with it because it's the only thing that will make you strong, it's the only thing that will give you rewards.

It is very simple, the only thing that you should avoid is quitting, just keep moving forward n matter what and you will become successful.
