PULL THE TRIGGER DESPITE OF A NEGATIVE FEELING

This philosophy is so great that if you applied it into your life will create magnificent results and change. It will open possibilities, it will change you and surprise you with the abilities that you were able to show that you think were not in your system in the past. Most people crumble during pressure, most people will quit when it's hard and looks impossible. They will not even try or push a little bit more. If you're feeling negative... that's not your real self, that's not all you got, you can  push more and do more, you can make the situation better. All you have to do is relax, breathe and move despite of feeling negative. That negative feeling is tricking you, it is a liar, it is pulling you down. If you can't get rid of it now then you need to ignore it and force yourself to move. Take actions even if your body is so cold and cannot even move a single inch, use your willpower, use your tenacity, do whatever it takes to make something happen.

NEVER UNDERESTIMATE YOUR POWER TO MOVE

You can always do something, your situation now will never become your situation again if you will move. Have fun moving because it's the only path to success, you can still move even if you're depressed, anxious, desperate, tired, stressed or worried. Always remember that nothing or nobody can stop you from moving, you're the only one who's stopping yourself. Taking actions will take you to the next level. Just do something, push forward relentlessly and never hold yourself back. Just take one step and you're almost there. Any movement that you create has a chance to change your fate. Movement can happen anytime, it can even happen while you just recently wake up, it can happen while you're taking a bath or eating something. You can stop the useless activity that you are doing now and bravely pursue your dreams and ambitions.

TOO MUCH HESITATION WILL KILL YOU

You will never ever improve if you're hesitating too much. Hesitation will put you to hell, just do it because you have nothing to lose here, you have everything to gain. Every experience is a teacher, it will give you something. You need to be aware if you're hesitating too much or not. Hesitation will lead to destruction, it will pull you down and make you weak, it will make you a loser. So stop hesitating, stop thinking twice and just do what you need to do, just do it and never stop until you feel much better, action will give you a positive momentum that will lead to a better situation and future. Hesitation will only give you regrets and what ifs.

Be a single minded individual, know what you want and just do it, just get it no matter what. Stop hesitating because it will only kill your momentum, it will give you a lot of regrets in the end.

THAT NEGATIVE FEELING WILL SOON GO AWAY

It will go away once you move, you will feel better once you decide that you're not going to feel like a garbage anymore because you will enjoy the process and simply give your very best. Keep plodding, keep moving forward... that's all you need to do if you want to make that negative emotion go away. Just remember your goals, remember your beliefs and philosophy and that negative feeling will evaporate as fast as you want it. Life is just like that, sometimes it's hard and sometimes it's painful but what makes it easier and lighter is your beliefs and goals, if you focus on your goals then you will feel much better especially if you will take actions, your mind will become clear, you will So don't be afraid of that negative feeling... it is nothing, it is just a challenge, embrace it and suck it up and later you will feel much better, you will feel confident, you will be able to create a winning mentality.

YOU FEEL BAD BECAUSE YOU CAN'T USE YOUR ENERGY

There is an energy stored in you, you can do something, you are powerful but you feel weak and hopeless because you can't use your energy. You know in yourself that you can do something and be something great but you are not allowing yourself to move and that is why you feel worse. You need to take the first step that will give you a chance to succeed if you want to feel better, allow yourself to become an animal that doesn't think, all it knows is it need to get what it needs. So if you want to feel better... move now, follow your gut feeling, express yourself even if you feel nervous, anxious or sick, it's all about moving forward and continuing your life, it's all about believing in yourself and chasing that something you are dreaming of. Follow your passion and always make sure that you are giving your very best every single day. So every time you feel bad... always remember that it's because you're not using your energy, you're allowing procrastination to take over of your life, you are not forcing yourself to do the right thing.

You need to use your energy the right way, convert your energy into a positive action and you will feel much much better for sure. Stop being lazy because laziness is next to ugliness, it will give you a bad life, it will poison your mind and you will slowly become a negative person, just keep moving forward and you will be alright.

DON'T GIVE AWAY FREE ENERGY TO WEAKNESS

You think you are not wasting energy at all by not moving? you think just relaxing and believing that something great will happen even if you're not doing anything is cool and right? stop fooling yourself, you are giving free energy to weakness, you are submitting to weakness by doing that. You are still wasting energy if you're not doing anything because you will feel weaker and useless. So every time you don't use your energy... you are giving it to weakness, you are becoming weaker and weaker and that is not a good thing to experience. You better change your game right now and start shifting from being a watcher to a doer. Stop watching things and create your own experience, create your own life, bring your dreams into existence by working hard and taking matters into your own hands. Stop letting other people decide your future.

IF YOU WANT TO BECOME STRONG THEN HERE IS WHAT YOU NEED TO DO...

Stop thinking too much and just do something now, start now and make things happen, force yourself to take actions. Slap yourself if you can't move, forget your old identity. Shift from being a watcher to a doer, take matters into your own hands and never wait for something to happen before you take actions, know what you want and relentlessly get it by all means. It's ok to trust other people but the main trust should be given to yourself.
