USE TWO TO THREE WORD AFFIRMATION

Affirmations are very effective when you experience something that is uncomfortable or threatening. Whenever I am on a hard time, whenever I am feeling pressure and I am so scared, I always use this two word affirmation: "Go further" and it is working for me, and I am pretty sure it will also work for you. Sometimes I also use "trust the unknown" or "it's nothing" or even "face the pain". These affirmations made me feel better, it made me feel that I can win and survive the difficult situation. Affirmations were real, it's because it goes to your sub conscious mind and record an image that you can remember whenever you need reference that might help you. When I also use the affirmations such as "let go" and "I don't care", it gives me so much freedom and I was able to detach from the things that are making me uncomfortable. It immediately changed my view from reality and it makes me feel invincible in some ways. I also use the word "push", it is so simple yet it is making me push myself to the limits and do the unthinkable, it makes me do the impossible.

YOU CAN USE ANY AFFIRMATION YOU WANT

You can use any affirmation, mantra, self talk for as long as it is positive and making you feel good. Try as much as affirmation that you can think of and see if it will work. Sometimes an affirmation from other people will not work for you and your own invented affirmation will not work for others. It's because were are all different from each other and we have different lives and system. So don't ever think that just because an affirmation used by one person didn't work to you makes it unreal, sometimes it will really never work for you for unknown reasons. The best thing to do is just keep trying, keep using different affirmations and see if it will work on you. The best thing about this technique is you can become really creative here, you can use anything you want without restrictions, you can use words that will make you feel much better. Because that is the key, if a word made you feel better by simply remembering it and reciting it then it already works. It is a matter of trial and error method, you can use anything but if you feel that it is not working or at least not giving you any small amount of confidence then change it and look for another affirmation.

BELIEVE IT AND IT WILL WORK

If you really believe it, if it is somehow giving you a small amount of confidence then it will work, it is the right affirmation for you. All you have to do is believe it and it will serve you. Sometimes you need to repeat the affirmation a million times so it will be embedded permanently into your system. The more you repeat it... the more it is likely to work, it is not working because you already quit after only repeating it for a few times. Because anything you believe will become your reality. If you fully believe it in your heart and you keep thinking about it then it will become real little by little, slowly you are getting closer and closer from it. Your belief is the manifester of your dreams, your belief is the key to your desired destination. Believe it even if it looks impossible, believe it even if the challenge in front of you is so big. So if your affirmation is not working then it means you really don't believe it, you should believe it and give your full faith on it for it to work.

AFFIRMATIONS WILL MAKE YOUR MIND TOUGHER

You will have a tough mind that will never quit if you put it the right affirmation. Your affirmation is your guidance, it will give you mental and physical power. So if you have a weak mind, if you want to take your mental toughness to another level then you need to use your chosen affirmation everyday and fully believe on it. So if you're mentally weak and you think that you keep losing because you don't have that mental edge... choose an affirmation that will change your life and will change your physiology and psychology, because that is what affirmation does... it changes your sub conscious mind from weak to strong. Just try it, choose an affirmation that you think suits your personality and will give your needs, recite it everyday, make it your mantra, make it your belief. And soon you will see that your life is slowly changing.

So if you want to have a mental edge then choose an affirmation that will consume your mind, choose an affirmation that will make you feel better and erase all of your fears. Most successful people have an affirmation that they keep using whenever they feel pressure or difficulty, affirmations were every important because it's like a weapon that you can use whenever you are lost or don't know what to do.

SIMPLE AFFIRMATIONS ARE POWERFUL

All you have to do is recite your chosen affirmations everyday, repeat it as much as you can until it consume you. It will change your belief from weak to strong, it will change your reality. Two to three words are powerful, or even one. Just make sure that your affirmation is positive and giving you a  little confidence, keep using it everyday and you will see a great transformation in your life. I have a friend who just use one word affirmation and his life changed dramatically, his affirmation is simply "believe". This word is so effective for him, he recite it on his brain silently everyday, he repeat it a million times and he attracted wealth, health and success. He let the word "believe" totally consume his mind, he let it be his guidance. So whenever he is in doubt, whenever he is scared... he just re affirm the word "believe" and his confidence is starting to go up, he is starting to move forward and take risks.
