THINK THAT IT DIDN'T HAPPEN

Think that it didn't happen, that's how to live a better life, that's how to move on and experience some new things in your life. If something bad happened to you... forget it, totally throw it on the trash ca, forget about it and never think about it again. Because what is the purpose of remembering it? will it help you, can it make you better? will it make your life easier? it's only a burden, it is burning you little by little it is making you unfocused and giving you a lot of misery so totally forget about it and move on with your life. Life will become easier if you will forget the past and welcome the new experiences that may happen with your life.

IF IT'S STILL HAPPENING INSIDE OF YOUR HEAD THEN IT'S STILL HAPPENING IN REALITY

If you keep on repeating those ugly thoughts and remembering the bad memories then it's still happening in your reality. Your life revolves on it, you can't live a happy life anymore, you don't want to let go, you're stuck in the past that is not even helping at all, the result is... you attract more bad experiences that are almost identical with your ugly past.

It's all in your head, if you will just stop thinking about it and have peace with it then you will have a happier life, as simple as that. It's all about letting go of the thoughts, people, memories, things, hobbies that are making your life harder, do it and you will see how easy life is.

Your reality is based on what you're thinking of, the more you think of negativity and bad experiences the more you will get more of it. Just like a basketball player that already missed 20 shots in a row... the only way to make the next shot is to forget that he already missed 20 in a row. He can only regain his confidence by stopping thinking that he can't even make a single shot. He should free himself from what other people say that he is not good, that he is funny, that he can't play. He can only make a new trend of making shots by totally ignoring everything that happened before and focus on taking new shots that may go in.

Because if it is not happening in your head anymore then it is not happening in reality. What you keep on thinking about controls you, it shapes your reality, you become connected with it and everything you do is somehow related with it.

DETACH FROM THE PAST TO INVITE NEW EXPERIENCES

Forget your enemy, forget the person who hurt you, forget the embarrassment, forget your failures. Just forget everything and try to create new experiences by moving forward and trying something new. Entertain new thoughts, learn something new, meet new people, create your new identity, build some new habits that will make your life better. Create new thought patterns that will direct your life to a better path. Life will become very easier if you will just welcome new possibilities in your life, you can only do that by letting go for your past and not talking about it anymore. Stop making dramas, stop opening up your bad experiences, forget all of your mistakes and shortcomings, forget what made you feel bad before. It's time to create a new life by creating new thought patterns that will invite new experiences in your life.

Past is nothing, it is already a history, detach from it, even if it takes forgetting something that you really love. You need to build a huge gap between the present and the past, you need to be mindful of what you are thinking and block all the negativity that is making your life very difficult.

Detaching from the past is very easy... look around you and see how lucky you are. You are still alive, you can still experience a lot of things that will give you happiness.

IF IT IS THE TOPIC OF THE CONVERSATION THEN JUST STOP ADDING 
SOMETHING ABOUT IT

If suddenly your sarcastic friend open up your bad past then just stop answering about it, stop making the drama bigger. Just laugh at it or simply ignore it, that's how to totally erase the past, that's how to kill an old and useless topic. You don't need to defend yourself, you don't need to make people believe in your, just stop talking about it and that issue will b gone. Because at the end of the day, what makes that topic is alive is your feelings towards it. If you don't feel anything about it anymore then that issue was already dead. Stop reviving it, stop giving it some life, just completely ignore it and move on with your new life. Past will never die if you keep on talking about it and feeling bad about it. Just ignore it, even if it is making you feel a little bit bad now... just don't add something that will fuel your bad feelings towards it. Treat that topic dead, treat that bad experience like it didn't happen, just laugh at it and never say any ill words against it.

YOU ARE THE CREATOR OF YOUR OWN REALITY

You are what you think about, you keep on thinking about negativity and negative experiences will be attracted to you, you keep on think about lack and you will experience poverty, you keep on thinking about dramas and you will get more of it. Life is a law of attraction, what you constantly feel and think will be the outcome of your life. So don't blame anything or anyone if you're losing or experiencing bad things in life, blame your way of entertaining thoughts inside of your head.

The good thing about life is you can change anytime you want, just change your thoughts and forget your ugly past and you will experience a new beginning. You will feel something that you haven't felt before, you will see new things that will give you different emotions. Happiness is a choice, it's all about what you cater inside of your head.
