DON'T REMOVE THE PAIN, REMOVE THE FEAR

Sometimes you don't know what to avoid, you don't know what to get rid of. Sometimes you want to get rid of pain not knowing that it shouldn't be your target. The target of removal should be your fear. Because your fear is amplifying the pain, your fear is making the drama bigger, it is tripling the pain, it is making your pain worse than ever. Fear is an amplifier of pain, the more you believe your fear the more you're in trouble so it's better to just follow your heart and believe in yourself rather than believing in your fears.

FEAR IS YOUR MORTAL ENEMY

Fear is a traitor, it is a liar. Some greedy leaders and businessmen were using it to become successful. It's because people were easy to scare. Take an evil doctor as an example, he will tell you that you need an operation because you might die if you didn't undergo an operation. And of course because you're easy to scare you will believe that evil doctor, the result is he is making a lot of money from that operation even if that operation is not needed. Just like a greedy leader who will terrorize people just to follow him, he will make them believe that he is the answer so he will scare people, he will force people to follow him or else they will be killed or punished. So you must be aware every time you feel scared or threatened, you must stay calm even if you're scared, you must choose to follow your instincts and heart because it is 100 percent right all the time. Every path is the right path, if you choose to believe in fear then it will become real, it will manifest. If you choose to believe in yourself then you will be able to overcome any challenges of life. What are you feeding will become your reality.

PAIN IS PSYCHOLOGICAL

90 percent of your pain is psychological, while it maybe true in some ways but if you will just ignore your pain then it will be gone, as simple as that. It's you who created your fear, it's you who's making the pain worse. It's your fear that you must get rid of, and you can only do that by pushing forward and facing it everyday. Face your fears, never feel regrets for what the outcome could be. Just embrace your fear, live in the moment and soon it will go away.

Just like an athlete whose already healed a few months ago, he still feel that pain is still there because of the trauma that he suffered. He's still scared to move the part of his body that was injured, even if he was already healed... he is still hesitant to go all out because it's in his mind already.

The key to remove pain is to stop focusing on it, focus on moving forward and doing what is best for your life. Focus on the now focus on what you can do now. Be patient and take it one step at a time. You don't need to become fast here, you don't need to rush the process. You can improve and erase the fear in your brain one day at a time. It will take time and effort but it is possible to feel confident again, it is possible to feel powerful again and bring out the beast inside of you. So every time you feel the pain, look at your mind, you're thinking negatively about it right? you are amplifying it by worrying too much and thinking that something might get worse, you're thinking about the future already and worrying about the worst case scenario. Remind yourself that you're in the present moment, there is no such thing as future, it is just an illusion. Real life happens now, so enjoy your life even if you're in pain because a painful situation is still part of your life.

ANY PAIN WILL SUBSIDE

No matter how painful it is... it will subside, any pain will subside for sure. So don't worry about it, worry about your fear. Are you still feeding your fears? are you still believing in your fears? if yes then pain will never go away. Pain will only disappear if you will start to believe in yourself rather than believing others. So don't worry if something is hurting right now, it will be gone anytime soon. Just feel it, don't try to resist it, feel it and feel secured about it, feel more confident while feeling it, think that you're getting stronger and that you're healing every time you feel it. Pain is just a normal feeling everyone experiences it every now and then, don't be afraid of it because it's just a remembrance that you're just a human being and you are suppose to feel it. No on is immune from it, everyone will experience it, but the toughest and most successful people were not afraid of it, the bravest people can endure it and convert it into strength.

CALMNESS IS THE NAME OF THE GAME

Nothing can beat a calm mind and body. If you can stay calm all the time then nothing can touch you, nothing can defeat you. You will look and feel invincible if you're calm and cool. Whatever happens... stay calm because that's what you are suppose to do. Just breathe, cal,m yourself, show fear that it can never touch you, show fear that you are fearless and you have no plan of backing down, show fear that you're more scary that it and that he should go away because he is just wasting his time trying to scare you. Stay calm, stay still, don't worry about the future and fear and pain will go away. The more you make yourself present with the moment, the more you get stronger.
