ACCEPT THAT YOU'RE NOW LONGER WHAT YOU USE TO BE
If you use to dunk the ball before but your knees are weak now and you can't jump anymore... accept it. If you use to bully your opponents before but now you're the one getting bullied... accept it. If you are not popular now, just accept it. If you can accept your situation, if you can accept your weakness then you will be able to produce more strength. Once you feel weakness... don't panic, don't worry about it. You can still train, you can still exercise, you can still engage in a process that will make you stronger than ever. You can become strong anytime you want, it's all up to you. If you can just believe that a single process can regain your strength back then you can regain your strength back. The source of strength is unlimited, you can still make anything stronger. If your knees were not strong then make your upper body strong, if you arms were not strong then make your hands strong. You can always transfer your strength from one part to the other, you can make anything strong, anything is possible.
